I can see Beady Eye deciding to not take this any further after whatever tour actually happens this year. It's sad, but I just can't see them getting back up from this. Can you imagine the hype that BE got in the run up to its release, being given to a third album? I certainly can't.
Pains me to say it, but Beady Eye are closer to the end than the beginning.

I'm terrible sorry for the people who bought tickets and booked plane tickets/hotels etc.
I take that because it's a festival, you won't get your money back.

We aren't that far off from me being able to offer Beady Eye $50 to play my basement. Naturally all of you are invited. Especially kalas is who an absolute wild man. By the next morning, he will probably be in the band.

Beady Eye For reasons beyond our control, Beady Eye are no longer playing Coachella. I wanna apologise to people who bought tickets on the back of us being announced. LG x Though it's not a complete reason, or even a partial one, at least Liam did the right thing and made a public apology.

'Roo, Lolla, Pitchfork, and Coachella is by far is the prettiest of them. The environment of the place is amazing. Mountains surround, nice 70-80 degrees (can get really chilly at night seeing that its the desert.) The experience of a festival isn't about 1 band or even the music for that matter, even though it brings everyone together. It's about the experience and culture itself. When I went to these festivals and honestly some of aspects of them have become some of my most fondest memories. If you have a ticket the you've spent the money now go an enjoy yourself!

Obviously being a Beady Eye fanboy I think they are better than they are.
But that said BE was a very good album and people won't give it the credit or a chance it deserves.
I went to an indie club the other night in London where they take requests. Asked for Flick of the Finger quite a few times before the vagina DJ said 'Beady Eye are shit, Liam's voice is shit, I ain't playing it.'
I gave him a piece of my mind but that's besides the point...
His attitude and opinion on Beady Eye is what the majority of people think and won't even play a decent tune of theirs because of that, or listen to them on the radio or at a gig or festival.
Give people sensible Noel and Radio 2 and they'll love it whilst drinking cups of tea n talking about politics.
I hope Beady Eye keep going cos I prefer BE to NGHFB but I'm not sure Liam can keep going with the unpopularity.

Not good really is it. May/June last year seems such a long time ago when things were looking really positive for the band I agree! Can anyone post a list of gigs actually done & cancelled by BE since September last year? Basically the schedule, it would make for interesting reading I think. Also is the USA tour still going ahead?

We are all big fans of his voice here and we are used to listen to that voice. But his voice is shit, we are all looking for little details, sometimes when we said that he is singing better it is just because he sometimes hit some higher parts. But the colour of his voice is shit now. For some average listener which is not big fan or maybe even never heard Oasis, he just sounds like drunk man singing in three in the morning. I play some BDI songs on acoustic guitar and i think that there are pretty nice, melodies and all that. Liam is ruined most of their songs which is such a shame because in Oasis some maybe average songs was mega just because of his voice.

Ye his voice has definitely deteriorated and is shit most of the time (although Oui FM was fuckin amazing). Noel's music has matured and suits Radio 2 and its listeners. Liam's music doesn't fit Radio 2 and the kids listening to the likes of XFM think he's a complete 'has been' so Beady Eye are left appealing to nobody. Except us hardcore lot. I think the end is near

Beadye Eye have some Great tunes, Great live shows and when u look at the percepion ...or their image in comparisong with Noels it is unbelievable. Press describing Noel as genius (what he is) and Liam like a fucking knobhead (what he is not). Liam always seemed to be relaxed, funny and friendly and ...he is still public enemy No1. He even stopped the nonsence that they are better than Oasis. Well, I guess lot of us would go fucking mental after a week in Liam s shoes
