Everybodys on the run should've been the second single anyway... AKA What A Life and EOTR were the two songs that would appeal to the average music fan, especially if it had the strings and choir. Baffling why they chose Dream On.

the first clue to solve this little puzzle was where this was actually filmed, the picture below gives this away as the address on the board gave the street (East 3rd Street)



now a quick glance at this website which is rather handy if you know something is going on gave what was filmed on that date and at that location and TA DA!!!!!! Theres a title!!!!

I doubt it's a 5th UK single. It's probably the effective 2nd US radio/video single. (Or other markets) Only If I Had A Gun got any attention in the US. I suspect, this is a last ditch effort in the US and they will try to ambush the airwaves with it. I think they figure if EOTR can't catch on the US, then nothing will. I think having a name actress (albeit a fading star) run around in her underwear is an attempt at publicity. I don't think you'll see this as a 5th traditional UK single.
