Good on ya Jilliam for giving it to the guy who Liam intended it for - as painful as that would have been! At the Ottawa show (where I was super close and hoping to have a chance at it) this drunk asshole next to us kept BADGERING Liam for the tambourine. Liam threw it out to a girl to shut him up, but he grabbed it! Liam even called him out on it and told him to give it to the girl, but he refused. He then proceeded to shake the tambourine and sing drunkenly and was ridiculously annoying throughout the rest of the night. At some point I mouthed him off (knowing he wouldn't hit a girl). Ha. Anyway, karma happens for good reasons...he'll get his. I'm still dreaming about that tambourine - hopefully if I keep hoping one day I'll get lucky  |

Music aside, he sounds like a total dick. In Montreal he started rambling between songs something about coming "face to face with you" meaning the fans in the audience and hoping he never meets them that way, etc. It was a weird and really awkward moment!

 Okay I may have just totally missed it, but... What happened with that Dig Out Your Soul competition where Oasis fans had to record their own versions of the new songs, and the band would pick a winner? Did anyone ever win that? If they did, what did they win?

Actually we're staying at the Holiday Inn Express - maybe I can google to see what's around it. I know it's just down the street from the John Labatt Centre, which is awesome. Park the car, have some drinks and cab-it to the gig!
