So where we at with the members for a reunion: Liam - active and very keen Bonehead - active and very keen Andy - active and unknown Zak - active and unknown Tony - inactive but very keen Noel - active but adament no Gem - active but tied to Noel Chis - active but tied to Noel Alan - inactive and unknown, but recently resurfaced on Insta Guigs - inactive and adamant no I think Andy would go for it tbf. His posts on Instagram have been great. Weird how much better TBGO and KRDA sound acoustic.

Andy was asked on instagram if he would play Oasis reunion with proceeds going to NHS and he answered "Absolutely yeah - if I was needed I’d be there"

Fuckin hell that's got me excited too!!! The music was never the same when Alan left for me, Oasis never quite got their drummer right after him I don’t think Zak was ever quite right but Chris Sharrock was ace. I'm not doubting his abilities, he's an excellent drummer. I just think something was missing when Alan left

Nobody plays Oasis tunes like Whitey. Absolute legend and a major part of Oasis' success in his own right. Also seems like a really nice person. My third favourite all-time band member.

If bonehead and Alan white are involved then it might not be Oasis bit it definitely isn't beady eye either. Should just be billed as Liam Gallagher plus guests.

Liam has just announced a free gig for NHS staff at the O2 Arena in London.
Here's hoping Liam + special guests Bonehead, Andy Bell & Alan White.
Oh and as Alan was playing along to All Around The World, imagine the chief walking onstage for the huge ending. BIBLICAL.

I'd love to see Whitey join Liam and Bonehead. Guigsy would be the toughest to convince. Can't see that one happening. Why so? Just curious. What's the story with Guigsy lately

I think due to the current state of affairs. Noel would really have no choice but to agree if Alan and Andy+bonehead are in.
It would really tarnish his already plummeting image with his recent releases

Wow, just now saw the videos thanks to the Live4ever twitter feed. Seeing Alan playing Oasis songs again definitely made my week. We have a ways to go until October and a lot of things could happen, but seems like a pretty good sign that Alan may at least make a guest appearance. We all know not much of a chance that Guigs will do it, but even if it was Liam, Bonehead, Andy and Alan, that would be epic.

Well the free NHS workers gig says its Liam and "special guests"...
Im sure Bonehead will be there, and I don't see why Tony couldn't make a cameo. Liam still does Cigarettes and Alcohol, and from what i can tell Tony isn't on bad terms with Liam or Bonehead. Cant see Guigsy being there, but I reckon Andy and Gem would come along if asked. Sure, Gem is with NGHFB, but he did a gig with Noel while still in Beady Eye, so i think Noel wouldn't mind him doing it.
and Alan White - he's alright....

Don’t disagree, but I like a good night out so I’m not fussy! Curious as to why Guigsy is an adamant no. Has he stated this somewhere Only because he’s steadfastly refused anything to do with Oasis since he left (2004 Def Maybe DVD, Supersonic, etc). Plus his sister Mary on Twitter says he’s happy being anonymous.

Don’t disagree, but I like a good night out so I’m not fussy! Curious as to why Guigsy is an adamant no. Has he stated this somewhere The director of Supersonic Mat Whitecross said "I think we came pretty close to getting him to be in the film. He’s got so many great stories, but at the last minute he said, That's part of my old life and I don't really want to revisit it, which is fair enough." Basically, he's left Oasis behind. A shame really.

It would really tarnish his already plummeting image with his recent releases I'm not sure Noel cares that much about his image, though, at least as it relates to contributions to the common good. As far as his musical reputation goes, I can't imagine it'd be much affected one way or the other by a one-time charity gig.
