All I am saying that I would sign today that all rap music ever recorded disappears right now and that nobody ever record ever again rap song. I could live easily in that world. It's not like that would we would lose very important music pieces like The Dark Side of the Moon or Symphony No. 9.Yes, 5% of my music library would dissapear but I could live without it. That's my unpopular music opinion and that's it. I could say same for heavy metal, Serbian new folk music etc. More damage than benefit. Why when your opinion on hip-hop is so poorly informed would you make such extreme statements as this? Do you not have the self awareness to see how you come across or do you just get a kick out of trolling people?

Even if you thought I might be autistic (which I'm not btw, just to clarify), most people wouldn't even bring it up on this forum. But you've already clarified you're an edgelord, so it's not surprising. Well, at least we agree on something. Nope.

While I wouldn't personally Thanos all rap out of existence, I would certainly snap for Country-Rap.

Well, at least we agree on something. Nope. Unfortunately yes, we both agree that as an edgelord, such a response shouldn't be surprising. You have found common ground with an edgelord. Oh dear.

He knows that Dark Side Of The Moon and Sympony no.9 are VERY IMPORTANT pieces of music. The genre of rap that is beloved and cherished by millions doesnt deserve to exist in their presence.

No mate, you're failing to remember that this is thread about unpopular music opinions.
Generally, I don't think that we should have any discussion here because everything everyone says here is "offensive" to some people but that's the point of this thread.
Someone said: Rap is not music. I don't agree but that's his unpopular music opinion.

Okay, okay, I think we can all find common ground on at the very least this idea: Thanos Kid Rock's musical "talent" out of existence.

What I think you're forgetting here is that there are some people on the Planet Earth who are, in fact, not you. There's tonnes of types of music I don't like, but I wouldn't dream of taking them out of existence. Can't believe I'm having to type this to be honest, when did we become The Daily Mail's comment section? I would sign...I could live... My fucking opinion. You are acting like I would shoot everyone who likes rap and burn all rap records just like Christians burned Beatles records.

Someone said: Rap is not music. I don't agree but that's his unpopular music opinion. Wrong. Perhaps you should think about why your opinions are regarded as offensive whilst 99% of other people's on here are not. I'll even help you. It's because your opinions are ill informed, ignorant of facts and you make ridiculous and extreme statements based off them. A few pages back I made a number of negative points against Oasis and no one was calling me out on them because they were informed and respectful.

Well "rap isn't music" is just a really stupid thing to say and no matter how hard you try to imply others are autistic for not "getting you" won't make you look better. Are you also one of those idiots who say electronic music isn't music because there's no REAL instruments or some shit? The thing is though, it's just a matter of fact that people took the statement literally. I don't think everybody here did. But some of you did and took this outrage sort of position. It seems at least some of you continue to take it literally even after being corrected.
I can't help but faceplam just a little.
It doesn't matter coz it doesn't make any sense. It's not any different than saying "rock isn't music" and then get defensive when people are saying your comment is ridiculous. "Don't take it literally!" pff... Even if you don't take it literally it doesn't suddenly become any better or funny coz there's no logic behind it.

DidiNot all, look at gif below this post and how Noel is enjoying great rap song. But in my opinion, rap is like football hooligans. They sometimes do something great, they give blood, donate to charities, make great atmosphere in stadiums...but then they deal drugs, stab people and all that, have bad influence on young people... They said that best atmosphere in Champions League is in my hometown but if you know what is behind that, you would rather have atmosphere like in NBA.

One of the worst things about your edgy online characters is that when people call them out for saying silly things, they then act as if those people are offended crybabies who can't handle their glorious free thinking - or that it's just their opinion and all opinions have to respected. On both counts, they're chatting bollocks. Oh dear, I might be autistic now. I genuinely can't tell if this is projecting or hyperbole.

You could say the same about the entire human race. Please remind me when the Beastie Boys dealt drugs and stabbed people.

Mad that some can't see the difference between an unpopular opinion ("I don't like rap music") and a silly objective statement ("Rap isn't music, I would delete it if I could - not just for me, but for everyone else too").
One is fine and what this thread is for, the other will make people laugh at you for being a twonk.

@the escapist
It's the same thing. You don't think that some people don't laugh at you that you liked first post in which says that The Who is shit etc. It's just that nobody normal reacted and was calling you names, like you are now.
The Who is shit, rap isn't music...I don't see any difference. Someone doesn't like something and is trying to write it in most offensive way possible :-)
I think that I wrote just one post here before and it was about Hendrix and I was trying to show as much respect as I could, I just said that I don't like his music.
Imagine if you were in some band and people from audience are shouting at you: You are shit, that's not even music what you are playing, world would be better place without your music...
Same shit if you ask me.

I'm sure you'd find that if your opinions were informed, well explained and respectful and you didn't make ridiculous and extreme statements based off them people wouldn't even feel the need to refute them. Are you unable to see why your opinions are regarded as offensive and most other peoples are not? I don't have a problem with refuting people. People should be called out when they're obviously talking bollocks.

So without hiphop there would be less criminality in the world? I honestly cant think of one rapper that has donated to charities, donated blood and also stabbed people and dealt drugs simultaneously.
