Love or like all their albums but here’s my attempt at ranking them.
01 ~ The White Album 02 ~ Revolver 03 ~ Abbey Road 04 ~ Rubber Soul 05 ~ A Hard Day’s Night 06 ~ Magical Mystery Tour 07 ~ Pepper 08 ~ Beatles For Sale 09 ~ Help! 10 ~ Please Please Me 11 ~ Let It Be 12 ~ With The Beatles 13 ~ Yellow Submarine (I do not consider this an album)

Idk if this is controversial or not but does anyone else find Rubber Soul to be incredibly overrated?

Help.....the proper album................severely underrated. Second side is very inconsistent, can be improved by playing around with the track list though.

Just listened to the USSR remix. Fuck me its good. Have you heard the new While My Guitar Gently Weeps? The vocals, the guitar... It’s delicious. Yeah its brilliant. They all sound like they were recorded yesterday. Oh and from my point of view White >>>>> Pepper. Yeah I get its cultural importance but its a bit to circus for me, it would probably be behind all those later Beatles Albums for me to be honest.

One week to go. Never been so pumped about a record I already have four versions of.
As well as the remix, really interested to hear how well they were able to clean up (have a 93 CD boot) the Esher demos. Toss in 3 discs of clean sounding sessions whoa. If it still worked that way, I'd be lining up at the record store at midnight to get it like the Anthology releases.

Wow, that Glass Onion remix really is fantastic, sounds SO clear. That's the one that's got me properly excited for this.

One week to go. Never been so pumped about a record I already have four versions of. Haha. Love that. And I know what you mean. I'm also excited for this as if it were a new release. I'm just pleased the White Album is getting its time to shine. I know it's hardly the most obscure album that's ever been released, but it has been obscured somewhat in comparison to Sgt. Pepper, Revolver, and Abbey Road. I think it's a really special record, so it's great to see it getting the full Apple Corps. reissue treatment--and, boy, do they know how to celebrate anniversaries!

Although it's fun to hear Lennon scatting "zippity-Gene-Vincent-fanclub," it's kind of a shame he decides to just mess around on the Esher demo for Glass Onion, because, up until then, it sounds really cool. The way he sings, "It's just another place you can go. Everything flows" is kinda creepy, but in a good way.

Its cute when people say the Rolling Stones are better than The Beatles or whoever else people might name. They haven't been a band in almost 50 years and people still lose their shit over them. That is priceless. That is just transcending the entire scope of music right there. They always seem so fresh and hip. No matter the decade or year.

Its cute when people say the Rolling Stones are better than The Beatles I tend to come across more as obnoxious rather than cute whenever I say it, but thanks anyway.

Super hyped for this reissue. Easily the most significant Beatles release since I've been a fan (2005 ish).
I can't wait to go to town after work next Friday and pick it up. Depending on how I'm feeling I might even have to treat myself to the boxset.

Its cute when people say the Rolling Stones are better than The Beatles "I resent the implication that the Stones are like revolutionaries, and that The Beatles weren't. If the Stones were, or are, The Beatles really were. They're not in the same class, music-wise or power-wise. Never were. And Mick always resented it." One of my favourite Lennon quotes. He's shooting from the hip there.

Hearing Sgt Pepper remixed was something, this is unbelievably going next level. They need to do this to every single Beatles album in all honesty. Just imagine Revolver with this treatment....

My favourite Beatles album I think. It's full of songs about people and animals! All 4 contributing for the 1st time.
Can't wait for this release.

Idk if this is controversial or not but does anyone else find Rubber Soul to be incredibly overrated? Yep, me too. it has a couple of good tunes but it's one of their worst albums with Let It Be. Then again, i also think Revolver, Abbey Road and The White Album are much better than Sgt. Pepper, but i only say that objectively as a person that was born decades after they were released and appreciate that Sgt. Pepper must've been mind blowing at the time. That's mostly a testament to how great they were that you can make a decent argument for one of the best albums of all time still being only their 3rd of 4th best or something.

I wonder why tracks like Lady Madonna, Across The Universe and The Inner Light were included? They are all from early early 1968. Pre India. Pre White Album sessions. I don’t really consider them part of that period.
