I voted to stay. But at the end of the day it was a vote and you go with it, its not like you're 7 years old and when you lose you say 'just one more go' etc until you win.
If the remainers won then that would be it, i wouldnt have listened to the leavers ask for another one etc. Its a vote, the leavers won, you have to listen to the vote whether you agree with it or not. Thats how votes work !

So weird that Noel comes out with nonsense like this on a fairly regular basis, but people on here have pages of controversy over a girl playing the scissors.

I'm a little bit more annoyed that he thinks Europe is the oldest continent.

Easy to say deal with it when you're a multi millionaire and it's possible effects won't effect your life in any way.

I'm a little bit more annoyed that he thinks Europe is the oldest continent. To be fair he also mentioned Milton Keynes as being the oldest city in England as well

Whether you voted to leave or remain Noel is absolutely bang on, it was a vote, the other side lost, and are still throwing a tantrum about it more than a year on.
And it’s still years away until anyone can assess whether it has been a failure or not...

Surprised he didn't say he was out of the country when voting took place.

Well to be fair though, a lot of people are complaining because of the way the negotiations are going and that there didn't seem to be any plan in case the Brexit vote went to a yes. And it's a slightly more complicated matter than just "getting it done and moving on". I don't think it's just a question of accepting the vote but rather making sure there isn't too much damage done. Although I admit, hearing about it every day annoys me. But as someone mentioned, Noel or other celebrities having this kind of reaction is a bit annoying as well because they won't really be impacted by Brexit anyway. A bit easier to say "oh shut up and move on" when it doesn't impact you much.

What annoys me more are the lies we had about Iraq. I'll never forgive Blair for that. The huge amount of money wasted there, lives lost, the lies and the mess its caused.
And then despite the HUGE mess in Iraq people still voted in Labour again !
I'm not a fan of Facebook at all but i admit i missed the pictures of peoples meals and their new cars when instead all i got was Corbyn posts 24/7 about Brexit (and the election).

Not that I generally agree with Noel on politics but, in all fairness, he did say he wanted the UK to stay in Europe (and that he didn't vote) if you listen to the interview.

If the vote had been won fairly I wouldn't like it but I'd accept it.
As it was, they lied about giving £350 million to the NHS and had Nigel Farage stirring up racial hatred wherever he went so I'm not surprised people are kicking against it.

The other side lied aswell about there being an almost immediate global recession with markets crashing back to WW2 days... Both sides were as bad as each other, and on reflection i think i agree with Noel that we probably shouldn’t have been given the vote.

I'm a little bit more annoyed that he thinks Europe is the oldest continent. If you watched the interview last night, he clearly just can't think of the word. Think he means 'oldest union' etc

So weird that Noel comes out with nonsense like this on a fairly regular basis, but people on here have pages of controversy over a girl playing the scissors. There's nothing at all nonsensical about what he said, though. It's a shame Farage has latched on, and now all of the headlines will read 'Noel backs Brexit', but he didn't say that at all.

It was a shit show from the start. You can't change the vote on that principle. Shit happens. We (the people and the government) have to accept it and move on with our lives. As Noel said later on in the interview, the world isn't gonna end. Just enjoy life.

16-17 year olds not being able to vote was ridiculous as well. Why? I'm young. I didn't get the chance to vote when I was below 18. ffs, 18 is the minimum voting age. I'm sick of Brexit. I'm sick of the debate. It's over. None of this whole fucking ridiculous concept of things not being right or it being skewed. 16-17 year olds never had a vote on anything before so why should that have changed now? It's happened. We all need to get over it.

And it’s still years away until anyone can assess whether it has been a failure or not... And it links into Noel's other thing about social media. Everyone is a fucking doom mongerer. Everyone has to whinge about something. Just like a select group of people decided they'd hate the album after hearing 30 seconds of Fort Knox, or Holy Mountain. He's getting a lot of flack recently from some parts - some deserved, some undeserved - but Noel's a clever dude. Very opinionated but he is aware of the world around him. He's just - like most people who aren't on twitter every other minute - not that arsed about it

Easy to say deal with it when you're a multi millionaire and it's possible effects won't effect your life in any way. Also, aren't the Gallaghers qualified for getting an Irish passport for themselves and their children, if they wanted that? I think I read once that Paul got one.

We all need to get over it. Because they clearly should be able to vote. If you can be sent to a desert in the middle east with an assault rifle and a good-luck, you should also be able to vote in a referendum.
The silver lining is that the massive inability of the government to bring about Brexit may just lead to the destruction of the Conservatives.

I'd suggest that those people who said that are not at all reflective of the vast majority of people in this country.
