I don't think it's an issue and I think it's the intention. If it can work for balls to the wall rock, there's no reason it can't work for songs like this too.

The song has a manic sound to it, like you're standing in the middle of an adrenaline fuelled marching band at a circus. It works perfectly in my opinion.

Not really. The interlude on IABW sound slightly different and the instrumental after the french speech is not on a keyboard like the performance. Is actually done with strings.

The production is really bad. But the songs are good as far as I can tell.

And that's how much easy is to fake some news. Don't waste your time with knobheads mates,wait until the album is out! Cheers.

Is Holy Mountain a tune you think has bad production? For me personally, I love it - it depends how you perceive it. I see it as a glorious racket, others may see it as over produced. I'm someone who actually really loves messy wall of sound production.

I'd rather Noel take the sound to breaking point than play it safe as of recent years.

To me a great production is where you can clearly hear every instrumentation used in the song. In Holy Mountain I know that Noel is actually using a guitar,but I go to the studio version and...where is it? You can't tell because is a noisy mess in the backround. And I feel uncomfortable. I guess that its just getting used to the sound,but when you put to much shit on a song you can't tell where are some things. Same thing happened on Be Here Now. The only thing you can hear is a really loud guitar,some vocals and percusion. For real,I didn't know that DYKWIM had strings until the 2016 Rethink. And that is not a good signal.
