Just never could get on the Kasabian bandwagon, liked their first three albums although after losing Chris Karloff, felt the good material left with him. Won't deny they are a fantastic live act, but if I want to hear their style of music done better I listen to Primal Scream.

Got the album. Listening for the first time now, innit.
Will never be able to beat Velociraptor, though.

Say what you want about the albums however i saw them at Glasgow Green yesterday for the 8th time and they keep getting better live. As good a live act as any.

Saw them live last Sunday. They sounded incredibly good. Specially Ill Ray,Treat,Put Your Life On It,Fire,Comeback Kid and Vlad The Impaler. For the people who thinks their new stuff is rubbish, you should go and see them live, they are amazing

I've finally given this a proper listen. I like it! I think it's as close to the quality of Empire as they'll ever get again. I enjoy every song and it feels like I've been hearing these for years already.

Seeing them tomorrow, mad fer it I haven't really seen my "favourite" bands yet so this is actually the biggest gig for me so far. I saw RHCP last year but I'm not really a fan and we got bad seats so it wasn't that great. Enjoyed it, though.

The gig was fucking great! I've gotta say though, I don't remember all of it but that's pretty normal I guess There was jumping, pushing, fighting, shouting, weed, girls. Yeah I couldn't concentrate all the time I just remember the atmosphere was great.

My favorite Kasabian songs. The new album is not for me. Too bad, I really liked their first albums.

My favorite Kasabian songs. The new album is not for me. Too bad, I really liked their first albums. The party never ends has some of Black Whilster,a chill hip hop-esque thing

I tried giving this another listen the other night, it's shocking how bad it is. Like it's really fucking abysmal - their worst album, and that's saying something.

I listened to it again for the first time since it came out this week and still believe it's a decent enough album. Ill Ray (The King) is by far the best thing on it for me but there's plenty of decent tunes in there. I'd probably rank the albums as follows:
1. Velociraptor 2. Kasabian 3. West Ryder 4. Empire 5. For Crying Out Loud 6. 48.13
I still don't think they've made a truly shit or great album yet, which is amazing for a band who've been going as long as Kasabian have and who polarize opinion in the way that they do. Still love 'em though, brilliant live.

I feel like it's guilty pleasure, but this album managed to grow on me... At least half of it.
At my first listen I didn't liked it, but weeks later I found myself singing parts of 'You're in love with a psycho', so I give it another try.
And now it has grown on me. Overall the album is nice:
First 6 tracks are nice, some better than others. All Through the Night is ok. And Bless This Acid House is nice

Giving it another spin right now.
Pyscho has grown massively on me. Catchy little number, that.

Still a very bang average album. Very disappointing. Still their worst. And that's saying something.
