I would predict that they pressed a lot less black ones than the coloured ones. So that limited numbers just went off to other retailers.
Obv 90% of people will go for something thats limited edition and coloured, epecailly as all marekting takes you to his site.

The ironic thing is that in years to come the black vinyl will probably be rarer than the "limited" coloured ones

This is a good point actually. I've only been buying the coloured versions.

I haven't felt the need to buy the black versions but I'm sure at some point down the road I'll overpay to own them!
