Just back from the gig, have to say Noel was on top form and a great way to spend a Wednesday night. Loved that he didn't overly rely on the Oasis songs (loved Fade Away and Digsys Diner, I was flabbergasted with that and the choir on Champagne Supernova) and you could tell most of the folks there were expecting "Noel sings Oasis" all night and he just ran through the Solo work with perfection (Love Riverman and the sax solo). Where I was standing, a lot of crowd weren't as interested in the solo stuff and headed off to the bar but once a Oasis song was played they came running out again. Shame cause they missed some cracking solo songs. My Girlfriend loved it and she doesn't even like my kind of music
I found it funny on the way up to the Point on the luas (tram) (I don't call it the 3arena, it always be the Point to me) all anyone was singing was Oasis from 94 to 97. Some lad right behind me tried to get a few guys singing and told them to sing one of Noel's solo songs and none of them knew one.

Just in....
Great gig!!...SAHITS should always be his entrance...Goosebumps!
Nothing I can bad mouth. All top notch. Great to hear broken arrow....Just 2 minor things.
1. Choir needs to be a little bit louder. 2. Despite the fact I hate the song, Shout It Out Loud ruined the flow completely. Needs dropping!
Other than that, great gig and loved every second of it

Paul Gallagher and Alan McGee will be at Glasgow. No Bonehead apparently.

Sound was dreadful for them When they come on and tried to do some sort of hard hitting instrumental, when it finished, me and my mates all looked at each other and just thought, "What the fuck?!"

Looks like Bono and The Edge were at the gig? The third tweet is from a woman who is part of the Crouch End Choir, and the choir confirmed it:
Why can't I see these unless I quote the post? Also, on the Tapatalk app it says invalid url. Anyway to see them without copying and pasting?

I'm pretty confident in saying Noel is gonna get rip roaring drunk tonight.

I'm pretty confident in saying Noel is gonna get rip roaring drunk tonight. And he takes drunk selfies and posts them to instagram. Better entertainment than Liam's twitter!

I'm not satisfied with Wrong Beach opening. There is no track better than Do the Damage (or EOTR) to open, it is simple. Maybe it would be great opening the encore, but not the night. The song almost ends the first record and usually ended the 1st part of the gigs on the last tour, is hard to see it on the other side.

Going on past record, you'll have a good 9 years to get used to it before he tries out a new one. You may change your mind.

But then gdforever and @wadfalkirk might go kill kittens or something if Noel posted selfies...I'm just kidding! I love kittens. Seriously, Noel will be too drunk to take selfies. Sara might though.

Bonehead added a couple tweets. In case you can't read them, he just says thank you to Dublin, and then he says thank you to Noel for the dedication! Does anyone know what song Noel dedicated to Bonehead?

I envy anyone going to gigs in the next week or so. Because you lucky sods will get to hear Champagne Supernova again for the first time in the new arrangement. Biblical stuff is all i can say

One of the weakest tracks on NGHFB and it puzzles me why he includes it at all, let alone opens with it. Don't wanna moan though, the rest of the setlist is great, bar AKA What A life which I've never really enjoyed live. Can't wait for the O2 even though I'm already gearing myself up for the atmosphere being poor.

You're not the first one saying that.. is it the cold weather, the venue, the fans or what?
