Just listened to the whole album + bonus tracks all the way through for the first time in a while. This really is a staggering album. At no point am I even considering skipping songs even during the bonus tracks. Without doubt this is the best batch of songs Noel's produced since Morning Glory. listened to the album (10 songs) yesterday and still loved it. was never a fan of The Mexican + YKWCGB but they just fit on there. Riverman and The Girl With X-Ray Eyes are fantastic. The Mexican popped up on my iPhone the other day and it actually sounded really really good. Love that guitar solo. I think the title and kids on crack lyric let me down initially. |
