Saturdays a big sales day in uk That's what I'm thinking too. Saturday should guarantee him 90k and get him close to 100k.

Noel currently #35 in the American iTunes charts. On another note, how are two soundtracks to the TV show "Empire" way ahead of him?

Ballad of mighty i is actually top 40 i do believe on actual sales but the streams n that count now i dont really get the whole streaming affecting the charts as im not one for streaming. i seen in the heat of the moment would have been 16 or something like that in the old charts instead of 26.. im presuming not many people stream mr gallagher?

I know Chart positions shouldn't matter, but this puts a great big smile on my face Same here! I don't let chart positions dictate the music I like, but it is always very, very satisfying when an artist I like and that I think deserves to be at the top of the charts, actually accomplishes just that.

Just bought mine today. It was a standard vinyl album, but I was in luck since it also came with the CD album. Not sure if this is the right thread, but I HAD to post somewhere, and now Noel will have one more album sale to help him out in the US.

Where do you guys think it will rank here in the States? I'm thinking really low at this point. Its a shame Noel doesn't get his stuff promoted over here.

I doubt Noel cares about US market, he has fans there & will sell same amount of records in US each time no matter the promotion. Well done Noel on UK no1 again!

There was 0 promotion, maybe if there was just a tiny bit it might help somewhat. I mean during his first album I heard If I had a Gun a bunch of times but nothing after that.
