Surprised that he came out and announced the end. I thought he might just keep quiet and do his next thing and swerve mentioning B.E Next move will be the ghost written book I reckon, something with the words rock n roll in the title. He may've announced the split so people would be more apt to contact him to sing on songs they have, hopefully, anyway. God bless. |

Not surprised. But I'm kinda sad, to be honest. I wonder what Liam will do now. I really hope to see the other guys (especially Gem and Chris) on the stage again. They're brilliant. Well, well... the beat goes on. I believe Liam will be back after the break, in some form.

Hoping that Gem doesnt join NGHFB, i would be extremely disappointed with Noel if he did that, would be like Paul McCartney letting an ex Beatle ride along in his band. No way.
Gem should cut his losses and start a fresh new band with him singing and write some good tracks. Andy should start back Ride or Hurricane #1 again and Chris should reform the La's.

Exactly , I think the fact that there all intertwined ,think about it , liam , noel , andy , gem have been in and Round each other since a bit before HC thsts a lot of history. Im sure gem will pop up with noel , Andy ? Who knows can see him pop up on liam solo. Not to mention bonehead could pop up anywhere if he feels up to it .I THINK THIS IS A EXCITING TIME NOW |

I hope he goes solo, I don't really want to see him in another band singing tunes from anyone other than who he's been dealing with for over the past decade. Unless of course he's the sole songwriter for a new band.

I saw info about this on facebook 3 minutes ago and my first thought was: Shit, there is gonna be a party on live4ever tonight, i'm logging in.
Seriosuly, i think the band was great, seen them live and i'm glad that i decided to go because it was something special to see them, those who never went to their gig - shame. Very intense, with balls, agressive, rock n roll, sometimes even dark and full of anger but that's what this music is about after all.
Now, i think the only reason behind the split can be Liam and it was his will. He's lately changing a lot in his life, let's just hope it's a new day rising for him. Andy and Gem were his safe home station really, now it's time to go full on.
Bye bye Beady Eye , don't look back in anger.
