I've listened to the album a few times now and I have to say that Fireside is probably already one of my favourite Arctic Monkeys songs. Such a great song.

I saw them live a few months back. It was awesome but Alex Turner has turned in an arrogant twit. Well, at least on stage, never watched an actual interview. It was both amusing and annoying.

Never heard but good things about the band when they met their fans especially Alex. To be honest he's turned and got a hold of been a rock n roll frontman, it's certainly helped the band in a way. |

I forgot how many good bsides they have. Was listening to a mix I made on Spotify just of their bsides and feint remember there was so many good ones. If they released a B-side album it be up there with their best for sure. The b-sides during FWN/Humbug era are top notch but you have some gems like Evil Twin, The Blond O Sonic shimmer trap, Stop the World I Wanna Get Off, You and I and You're so Dark (most have over 2 million views on youtube) Some great lost gems, I think they will release a B-side album somewhere down the line. |

Weakest tune for me is No1 Party Anthem by a mile. I fact the only tune on that album that I don't like. AM is probably one of my best purchases in the last year or so. They'd kind of lost me a bit for a few years. None of the albums since their debut really wowed me but I think this one is fantastic. |

They'd kind of lost me a bit for a few years. None of the albums since their debut really wowed me but I think this one is fantastic. I love No1 Party Anthem, beautiful tune. Love every album they did, they mix it up a little not trying to please anyone. I think its made them a better band. Suck it and See is a lost gem, far too many overlooked it. FWN is a great album, a heavier sounding albums but with some beautiful quiet moments on it. Humbug will probably go down as their most artier album, I love it as it changed things up. The B-sides from that period are top notch. But I think AM is their best album to date. Do I wanna Know, one of the best rock songs in the last few years. |

AM is great, but for me Suck It and See will always be my favorite album from them SIAS is totally underrated in the canon. It's got some great pop gems on it and some heavier moments. One of their best songs That's were your wrong is one of best things they've ever done. |

The "Italian Gangster" I think it's more 50's rocker has worked wonders on the band, Turner pulls it off with enough swagger and now has the frontman thing down pat. Go back and look at Rock history, a lot of rock stars wear leather jackets. Come on now. He can't be the lad from the Debut album anymore. |

AM was probably a top 5 release last year for me. I'm still giving it some plays here and there, especially during the night time. Arabella was my favorite song when I first heard the album and it still is. Dr. Dre G-Funk bass and drums with a blistering guitar solo. Live its even better they bust out a little War Pigs. One of their best tunes for sure.
I pretty much like every song on AM except I Want It All. It's not awfully terrible but it is a step below the rest of the songs.
Suck It and See is really nice album. It doesn't shine as brightly as their best work but it is a really tight and consistent album. Humbug still is my least favorite by them but it is an important album that helped them become the band they are today.
