After a few listens - the middle of the album is pretty mediocre with filler tracks.
One of the best albums of the decade? Fuck off. It's not even close. He'll, it's not even their best album for fuck's sake.

The album is great, but Arctic Monkeys has this problem of putting filler in every album, I Want It All is fucking annoying.

I enjoy the middle part on the album Mad Sounds maybe my favorite song on the record (if not, then top 3 for sure). It's a great album, I'm not gonna say its their best, but I could see validity in the argument. This album perhaps more than any of their other albums make me excited about their next release.

And it defo is one of the best albums of the decade, we're only 3 years into it. And what would you say was their best album then? To me they are all good, all very different from each other too. Its hard to pick a winner. Depends what mood your in.

When the Beatles released Please Please Me, they were 3 years into the 1960's. The same goes for this decade. You don't count ten years from whatever year it is, that wold be very confusing.

It's an excellent album but still too much filler for my liking. I Want It All is definitely the Brick By Brick of this album but overall it's fantastic and I can't keep away from it.

Brilliant album, nothing will beat Humbug for me but this runs it close. Take out R U Mine(good song, just bored of it now though) and replace I want it all with stop the world then it would be a perfect album.

Mad sounds is great, been stuck in my head since the first time i heard it. Liam wishes he could write songs that good, nevermind throw it away. So simple but yet so brilliant at the same time. Agree about Stop the world though, i'd have found room for that on the album defo, but then again having top class b-sides is what the Monkeys have always done. Epic band. Loving the cover of that Drake song they did in the live lounge too, whatever they take on just turns out golden IMO

Brilliant pictures, webby. I'm trying to catch up them again on their upcoming European tour. It's 2 years ago now since I saw them last time! (and it was in Paradiso with capacity of 1500 people).
