Who needs Oasis when Noel is banging out tunes like these.  I don't like GHUA at all, a poour LDSMD IMO. But I really like MMWAC, very powerfull ballad. Can't wait for the finished version. |

Immwc is as good as ANYTHING on the album for me. Ghua is nice enough but I would rate it as a solid album track or a b side.

Wow! Just had one of the best nights of my life seeing Beady Eye last night and tonight I find these. God Help Us All is okay but the other one is actually amazing. This must be the brilliant song that got left off the album that was talked about. I've had it on repeat for about an hour now, I LOVE it! Noel's album should never of been released until this was finished and on it, it's the best song of the bunch, it should of been the albums center piece.

Love the melody on the second song; I think that could potentially be a big single. "If there's a God" would make a solid album track although the lyrics could still do with a bit of work.

No way you actually like something Noel has done Yes only that song. ...And all Oasis back catalogue and a lot of song on HFB, dumass. It's not because I don't think everything Noel does is genius that I don't love his music. |

Not to be too suspicious or cynical... but is it any coincidence that these get leaked / released / whatever hours after BDI grab headlines with playing Oasis songs and a new tune? With NME and others covering these NG demos, it just seems like odd timing... of course I could be wrong.

Makes Me Wanna Cry is possibly better than If I Had A Gun, or at least has the potential to be. It's class. The chords are from 'Weeping Willow' by the verve though.

I still believe the new Noel song "It Makes Me Wanna Cry" is actually "Come On, It's Alright". Noel said something a while ago along the lines of not writing songs with 'emo' titles. The Death of You and Me, however, refers to the popular phrase ("if we don't leave this place, it will be the death of us"). In the same interview we found out the title of God Help Us All he said Come On Its Alright was a lot like Hello so I doubt it. |

Yeah but COIA was supposed to be the lead single off an oasis album. IMMWC is not the type of single oasis would release first from an album.
