DM spent 174 weeks in the top 75. MG spent 165 weeks in the top 75. And a full year in he top 10. No way is Noel gonna touch that. That's Adele style territory now. Yeah, that's four times the weeks that HFB's has on the charts. HFB's is a really good album, but no way it continually re-charts like MG and DM have done for nearly two decades.

Never say never It has been quite the ride for this album.

The problem is that Noel is not going to release anything new to keep people interested in he album past this year. If he did release something, than it would hang around most certainly.

Noel should put out a new super deluxe version of the album for Christmas, with "new" tracks alone on a rope and freaky teeth..... Would sell well me thinks.... maybe promoted by a small pre Christmas tour, dunno 5 dates or something.

Would sell well me thinks.... maybe promoted by a small pre Christmas tour, dunno 5 dates or something. He really just needs to release the new tunes off of the AA album, pre-AA mixing of course. If he wants to add in a b-side or two to fill out the album a bit, then go for it. But he really shouldn't sit on those tracks, or else they will go stale like STC and RM which we heard about for nearly a decade prior to actual release. As the saying goes . . . Strike while the iron is hot!
