For me I think its right up there with Wonderwall, but that isnt in my top 5 so I'll give it a 9. I have a feeling it will be #1 in the US rock charts tho

I could never rate a song 10/10 that I've only known for an hour.
I love it though, best song I've heard for a long while. I'd probably be even more blown away if I'd never heard the sound check before, and it was completely fresh.

9 for me. Great, great song for me, but I keep the 10s for songs that end up "meaning" something for me, if that makes any sense..
But I feel it'll end up doing that in the near future, its really goose-bump material; for me at least.
That first verse is fucking majestic.

It's a lot better than TDOYAM on first listen. But I now really like TDOYAM now, it's grown on me a lot. I think this song is quite the opposite. I really like it now, but I think it will end up like Wonderwall, loved by the masses but 'not really' by the hardcore fans, as it may be a little to soft. Also, now I wished that I hadn't heard the soundcheck, cause that one is so haunting, the real version could never top it. And now I'm irritating myself when he sings different words than in the soundcheck.. It will take some time getting used to I guess.. I'm sure it will be brilliant live! Hope he does this one acoustic  8/10 |

8/10. Just feel a bit sad when I hear it - I can't help to think "what if this was an Oasis song sung by LG". It has big potential.
Like TGR more, and it's worse than WFTR and FD. But better than GOYHHL and TDOYAM.
BDI compare: Worse than 4LW, TR, TBGO and MLN. Better than the others, probably.
But it will probably grown on me.

Imagine if you'd never heard the soundcheck and the melody and lyrics were totally fresh to your ears. People would be going even mentaler over this song, and mentaler isn't even a word.

8/10 for me...I might actually like TDOYAM better? Just on creativity merits...IIHAG is pretty standard Oasis, to my ears. Probably would have been bumped up to a 9 with Liam vocals.
