After something like 3-4 listens, I can see I like the album. Some tracks we heard before were a bit misleading (Days are Forgotten, Switchblade Smiles and Velociraptor live) because the overall sound is different from those three. Like the path they're taking, though. Gotta listen to it more, since it's still to early to have a verdict, but my early favorites are Goodbye Kiss, La Fee Verte, Re-Wired and Neon Noon.

Listened to the album a good few times now, and I love it. But, does anybody else think it would benefit from having "Pistols at Dawn" on it? I think it's better than a lot the album songs. I could see it as the track after "Acid Turkish Bath (Shelter from the Storm). I wanted the album to end on a mroe energetic note... I would have thought it would have been better to swap PAT and Neon Noon around |

I was on Oxford Street a couple of days ago so anyone from London here might want to pop down to HMV on Oxford Street tomorrow as the band are signing copies of the album at 5.30pm.
I've resisted listening to the album until I buy it tomorrow but the overwhelming positive reaction is encouraging.

I saw them live in Berlin yesterday. They did a few songs for a TV show called Berlin Live, like London Live... The new songs are amazing! I really enjoyed it! Can't wait for the tour!!! btw The gig will be broadcast on 1st October on German TV (zdf.kultur 9pm kultur.zdf.de/ZDFde/inhalt/1/0,1872,8350049,00.html). The setlist was Days Are Forgotten, Fire, Switchblade Smile, Velociraptor, Re-Wired and Underdog |

Okay, I got it. I just come out of hospita, so I'm outta my nut right now... But I'll rip the audio tomorrow or something and stick it on my blog (which is in my sig)... So keep an eye out over the next few days... Dunno how long it'll take, but I'll do my best with one arm haha
