We should do a meet up for MetLife second night…. and sneak Beady in if his ticket fails (lol). Not a bad idea. My fellow oldies should remember this, but an official Live4ever meetup was organized back in 2005 when Oasis played Madison Square Garden [Mustang Harry's (Sally's), if I recall correctly]. Great times! This board has been online since 2005?

Having never been to the stadium before, I just did some research for next year’s concert. Along with finding comparable photos of seats from my section from past events, this accurate answer has me buzzing for next summer’s Oasis Live ‘25 show at MetLife! Just need that passionate atmosphere from the UK shows to surprise me next! This is not a gig. It’s an experience. Can’t wait. Mad fer it. Section 317.

Just need that passionate atmosphere from the UK shows to surprise me next! This is not a gig. It’s an experience. Can’t wait. Mad fer it. Section 317. I'm not a fan of a stadium gig. I've seen Oasis in a stadium in 2005. I couldn't even see them on stage as it was packed, so I watched the whole gig through the screen with some moments when I could see them on stage here and there. But I was happy to be able to see them for the very first time. The experience of stadium gigs is completely different than seeing bands in smaller venues. I hope you won't have any issue with your tickets (I know I'm annoying to keep saying this, so I'll stop).

Via the Oasis Reddit (which I do not follow), a few people have pointed out that the actual fine print from Ticketmaster merely says that TM “recommends” using only their platform for ticket exchanges. As someone who has worked in the legal field, this language is important. Recommend does not mean required. Oasis can post what they like on their socials, but tickets from third parties will ultimately be accepted (as long as the ticket itself is legit). The ticket will be transferred from third party to my TM account, and Bob’s your uncle. I’m not worried. https://www.reddit.com/r/oasis/comments/1fv98ab/canadian_resale_fyi/

God bless.

Is there a safe, and legal, way to get a ticket now? I would love to go to the concert at Metlife. I know that Ticketmaster will allow sales from August 28th... I am traveling from Spain... and I don't want to risk buying tickets and accommodation... and ultimately not getting anything.

The 28th is when the transfer option opens, which is used to give people in your party the ticket, but is also used by those who sell on third party sites to transfer the ticket from their Ticketmaster account to yours. I think that the actual fan to fan resale on Ticketmaster is already open or at least I have the option to sell my ticket on Ticketmaster, while the transfer option is still disabled. I assume this means that tickets may be popping up on Ticketmaster from time to time, so maybe the best advice is to just constantly check the listing for the gig on Ticketmaster.

Here’s something interesting. Just browsing both US and UK StubHub just out of curiosity.
The UK StubHub lists a warning that while unlikely, tickets bought on the platform for Oasis may not work.
You get no such warning on US StubHub.
Remember, different countries have different laws when it comes to ticketing like this. I think it’s actually illegal in the US to prohibit tickets bought on third party. (Unless it’s a “lead booker” event, which these Oasis shows are not). Chicago shows, for example, already have their tickets in their TM account from third parties because Illinois has differing laws.
Again, I’m not worried. My ticket will work.

I'm very new to buying online, especially on Ticketmaster. Do you know how and where I can see the tickets that are being resold? I'm very interested in going to Metlife, but I don't want to travel without first having the ticket (that is, wait until August 29th) thx for answering!!

You just have to keep checking/refreshing the Ticketmaster page for the event to see if anything appears for sale. Know that it will go quickly if anything shows up, so you may have a few times where you get to checkout and the tickets are gone. I suspect that we will see more inventory the closer we get to the actual event, but you may get lucky between now and then. Good luck!

Still can't belive they are back. You’ll love NYC. I was just there in April to see Liam and John Squire’s show at the Brooklyn Paramount. Also, love to Manchester—saw the Stone Roses there in 2016.

Just asking... Is Stubhub reliable for buying a ticket on the secondary market?

Ok, need y’all’s opinions: Should I.. A. Spend ~$500 on a GA ticket in the US B. Spend $250 on an upper level ticket to 2 gigs
