Those tickets were going for either $91 or $111. So yeah you over paid like everybody else that buys from that site, but again you are 99% sure to get them and enjoy them. Also this are the cheapest tickets that were available, I think rows only go up to 80, so you're pretty far up there, again this indicates that yeah you did pay over and enough to cover the sellers profit. Thanks. Needs must I'm afraid. I have to see them, just in case this is a one off. I'm 99% sure you'll get your tickets, probably more. I bought off of vivid probably 10 times without a problem, I personally don't know anyone that has had a problem with vivid or stubhub. I do know and have read posts of people exposing their problems with such platforms, so just because I've never experienced a problem does not mean that nothing can go wrong. I own a Civic, I've never had any problems with it or the previous gen one I also owned, but I know that there must be someone on some Honda online board explaining their situation to a bunch of other people that also have had problems with their cars

You using ticket centre and vivid all the time?

Oasis did do another US announcement on the Monday beforehand...
I too buy a lot of tickets off stubhub. Baseball or college football tickets. There's always tickets for any event & if you know what you like, you can get it at/below face most often (obv dependent on market; Yes for the Diamondbacks; no for the Yankees).
The European football motif of having to be a club member & getting your tixs directly from them & segregated seating is all kinda foreign to the average American ticket buyer.
So in general, "touts" as the EU says get a lot of flack. But at the "value" or "accessibility" level, US folks will often prefer StubHub or SeatGeek bcz you're either dealing w/ a fan passing along a deal; or it's the venue selling cheap on the sly. And who likes to deal w. Ticketbastard. They diversified into these second hard market bcz their own brand is such trash, haha.
Full disclosure, I watched my Dad buy tixs on the street all the time late 80's-90's Bulls, Bears, Cubs, etc. when he took me/my siblings. So I have a softspot, old-school appreciation for the second-hand market..aka scalping.
The monopoly creep from Ticketbastard comes when they say "we're limiting re-sale" & deprive paid customers of the possession of the ticket. The public capitulated at printed tickets & the consumer suffers. it's okay if they own stubhub/seatgeek & re-sale there for a small premium, but don't villify it & tweet out ambigoius corporate lawyer threatcrap of "they own it til you walk thru the metal detector".

Only concern I would have buying from Vivid or Stubhub is that Oasis has said they won’t be allowing transfers until a few days before the gig. So booking travel and hotel feels risky without tickets “in hand”, but I’ve used them both and never had a problem.
Note: Oasis also say 3rd party tickets will be invalid/cancelled, but as other more technical people on here have pointed out, it’s unclear how they’d actually stop this.

Hundreds, if not thousands of people will show up to the gate with tickets from StubHub, Tickets-Center (fuck them), etc. What are they going to do, turn hundreds/thousands away at the gate? Good luck with that…

You using ticket centre and vivid all the time? It's mostly sports, so that's why so much stubhub in particular. A lot of sellers are ticket season holders, sometimes this is the only way to get somewhat good seats for popular soldout events like Bears Packers, not to mention other popular games or even other events like college football. Or if I'm in Boston and last minute I want to go see the Celtics or the RedSox, sometimes NBAtickets has good seats, but other times they don't and I want better seats.

I new album would be amazing but do we wanna risk a new album and then 4-5 of those take up spots in a 20 song setlist next summer? I think I want all bangers all the time.

Got my ticket during presale yesterday for Jersey. Going to take the train down from Boston. Will be the second time I get to see them. 20 years later. I think I'm still in shock. Also, CTE is going to be great as an opener

I really hope they accept my ticket. My fear is being turned away at the gate because I didn’t go through Ticketmaster or Twickets. But surely a lot of people did the same as I did…. Ugh it’s nerve wracking.

Ugh it’s nerve wracking. I don't know how tickets by a third party works in the US and I've read that some people said that you don't need to worry about your tickets. I'm only speaking from the situation in UK/Europe, but buying tickets from a third party without trying it via official partner such as TM and Live Nation and even before the tickets went on sale seems too naive to me. All I wish you is a good luck.

Yes, as NG will be more interested. I just can't foresee a new album. Or if there is, then I doubt it will be out in time for the tour. This is a reunion tour and they'll play the hits - maybe one new song. Noel will be fine. Either way.

If the tour finishes in late November/early December as rumoured
They could drop an album for xmas.
Then then as any euro tour / return to uk etc in ‘26 obv won’t be branded live 25 could be a tour for that album

So htf do you get tickets now? The resellers can’t sell until the week of the shows? I struck out on all U.S. dates, and this is all so confusing. Help an old guy out!

Let’s put it that way : you are 98% good I would say.
But you will not know for sure until entering the stadium.
Perhaps not what you would like to hear though.

I think it’s nailed on!

That’s absolutely right, and is the reality of the situation. It’s going to be niggling the back of my mind for a full year. I should be fine, but it would be prudent for the person I take (haven’t asked anyone yet) to come up with a plan B for that night. Too many people will be buying from these third party choices…. I should be fine.
