Rule of thumb: if you don't like to be called garbage, don't laugh and cheer when people at a Trump rally call Puerto Rico garbage, disparage Latinos, and call to round up immigrants. (Also, don't storm the Capitol in an attempted coup.)

Joe Biden, in a move reminiscent to Hillary Clinton’s “deplorables” comment from 2016, called Trump supporters “garbage.” Biden did so just as his Vice President was pitching faux-unity at her campaign’s closing speech. You can’t make this shit up. Hope this motivates Republicans even more.  You were saying? |

This chart from RCP clearly shows a leftward shift between 2016 and 2020, but look at the even more significant rightward shift from 2020 to 2024. This shift bodes extremely well for Trump, as the country has moved right over the last four years. Don’t see how Harris overcomes these damning statistics. I pointed this pattern out a few months ago, but the comparable numbers are now more accurate as we are just days away.  |

By the way, if you find yourself voting for a twice-impeached, 34 time convicted felon and a literal rapist who praises Hitler, defends neo-Nazis and white supremacists, peddles bigotry wherever he goes, cozies up to authoritarians, and threatens to be a dictator if elected, then yes, you are garbage.
