We have to stop defending these people. All of them. I heard this same argument last election and the one before it. Politicians are relying on this mindset to get their way 100% of the time and fuck voters over in the process. They expect us to act like uncritical drones.

If they actually cared about defeating Trump as much as you do, they wouldn't be continuing to enable a genocide and shaming voters for being upset about the fact. They would instead get up on stage and say "Genocide is wrong. America will not fund a genocide. We will support an arms embargo and enforce international law." Which, they shouldn't have to even say. They should have done this already. This should have been done by the end of October 2023.

"Vote for me and America will stand against genocide." Any sane, reasonable, rational, person understands the importance and necessity of this simple declaration. It is one that prioritizes humanity and moral decency. It would earn them more votes. But they are devoid of compassion and empathy. 

If they actually cared about defeating Trump, they wouldn't be shaming voters for having compassion and empathy for 2 million innocent civilians.

But they literally won't even do the absolute bare minimum that is expected of them. A genocide is happening, funded by our dollars, and they don't give a fuck. It is an issue that Trump blatantly approves of and they won't distance themselves from that same position. A god that has the power to stop evil, but does nothing, is also evil. This same logic applies to governments.

How can they ask anyone for a vote while claiming to care about the American people, when they actively betray the majority of their voting base? Their job is to represent us. They aren't doing that. If they won't do that pre-election just to earn more votes, they certainly won't do it post-election.

How can they claim to care about the American people, when they don't care enough to actually listen, acknowledge and take action on behalf of the majority of their voters?

We have to acknowledge the fact that these elites don't give a fuck if Trump is elected or not. 

It is merely a hindrance towards the progression of their own power. It does not hurt their livelihood. They offload all of those consequences onto voters. And that's true no matter if they win the election or lose. The people always lose. We've been consistently losing from an economic standpoint since 1968. And it just keeps getting worse. Now the corruption and evil is so rampant, probably as a result of voting for evil again and again and again, that most of congress and even our President can't even do the right thing on the easiest issue they have ever faced. Genocide. Just don't fucking support it. Cut the weapons and funding like a handful of Presidents have done in the past. Give the voters a reason to TRUST them. Instead, the American people are gaslit daily by these evil fucks and shamed when they speak up and point out these horrors.

At what point do we stop tolerating this? No taxation without representation.

If Harris loses and Trump wins, it's because Harris and the dem politicians refused to heed the will of their base and the majority of the nation. It's because they failed to do democracy. They failed to represent US. 

They would like you to blame voters. Blame everyone other than the politicians. It is the politicians, the candidates and their choices which reflect whether the people are willing to cast their vote or not. If people refuse to get out and vote or if they vote third party and then your preferred candidate loses the election, it is because that candidate ran a shitty campaign. Never forget. FDR won four consecutive terms because he listened and heeded the will of his voters. They loved him for it and rewarded him. And how did conservatives respond? Term limits. The dems have only shifted to the right since. Now we're inviting republicans into a democratic cabinet. And the worst republicans at that. Warmongers responsible for a million deaths in the ME just as we're getting into a war with Iran.

Still awaiting a response to the question "What would it take for you to acknowledge that what is happening is a genocide? Where is the moral line? What would it take to convince you that a genocide is happening?"

Not sure why you keep avoiding answering that question. Although, I can probably hazard a guess. But it is a relatively simple question.

If you don't think it's currently a genocide, then simply state what more would need to happen for it to be considered a genocide.

Just a reminder that The Lancet estimated in June that 186,000 people in Gaza had probably already died, directly or indirectly from Israel's attacks and siege on the Gaza strip, which they considered was a conservative estimate.
