Liam was fine yesterday, though Hungarian critics' opinions were generally not favourable. I get some of it because perhaps DM isn't necessarily the most ideal collection of songs for such a huge stage and I thought the gig would've been a 1000 times better in a smaller venue. I was standing in the 2nd row to the left of him and from my perspective, the sound was far from perfect. This of course wasn't Liam's fault, the band was great and he gave it everything. I truly think this is peak Liam, as in he's right now probably the closest to his current potential he's ever been. He was a bit edgy but he sung every word and held every note, and I was very happy to finally see him again.

Re his fashion choices, it does slightly do my head in He wore the same Snow Peak jacket in his TRNSMT set last week that he wore on same stage in 2021 FFS! I’ve seen him say that leather jackets are too hot now but he could defo mix it up more. A minor moan of course but it’s just no right man! He could at least wear different colour parkas. Is rather boring! He must have a shit load of his more tailored and classic looking clothing. Just burn the sodding twat cap. |

It's pretty cool that the big globe from Liam's stage set up will be on display at the Co-op Live in Manchester where visitors can see it before all events.
