I wonder if LG will ever do Take me away I would love to hear him do that after all he's now pulled off Sad Song, D' You Wanna Be A Spaceman and Half The World Away so I don't see why he can't pull off Take Me Away unless of course it's hard to sing or something.

Anyone go to either of the Dublin shows? I went last night and had a great time. I thought the crowd was great, really into it, including some songs I would not have guessed would be big crowdpleasers, like Up in the Sky and Digsy's Diner. Liam really leaned all the way into the cheese on that one, it was very fun.

I was there for the second night, and the atmosphere matched any Oasis gig I have been too. Cigarettes and Alcohol, in particular, was absolutely mental. Cast were also really good. Nice one!

Watched a video of one gig on youtube. they worked a lot on the sound to make it sound closer to DM, especially the guitar. And it works pretty well i gotta say. Hearing Cloudburst or I will believe live is like watching Oasis from another dimension, its a bit weird! But i will believe works way better than the shitty recorded version. Bonehead could have done some solos though, lazy fucker. There's no excuse, Noel is not there anymore

I was gutted they'd sold out of my size of this t-shit at the gig last night - could anyone upload/send me a close up frontal shot of it please? Would really appreciate it - it was "Tambourine Sketch White T" ibb.co/41bLLrj

Finally it was my turn to see Liam's DM show, went to the last show yesterday. That new Co-op Live arena is really massive and looks quite nice. There were huge adverts for the Definitely Maybe reissue on the screens inside and outside the venue and also posters at the merch stand telling people to pre-order the reissue.
Liam was absolutely amazing, really love that he's also doing things like singing Octopus's Garden at the end of Whatever or that newly unearthed bit at the end of Columbia. It was also great to see the stage setup and the cool visuals and animations on the massive screens with my own eyes. A great night all around and can't wait to see Liam again!

I really wanted to go, but it was impossible for me to get tickets. I know it's practically impossible, but I hope Liam announces new dates for this "tour" in Europe during autumn/winter...

I went to the Dublin show on the 24th and the Manchester show on the 28th. Somewhat surprisingly to me, the Dublin show had the better crowd even though it was on a Monday night. They were really rocking throughout, and Liam totally responded to it. He was in great form that night, very energized. The Manchester crowd was a bit more laid back, maybe because it was his fourth there in two weeks. I guess most of the diehards had already been. Liam did give a shoutout to Peggy at the gig.
In any case, I had a great time at both. In Dublin I had a great view from the very lowest seated row above the floor, although this meant they wouldn't let us stand at all, I guess for fear of drunk people toppling over the railing. In Manchester I was a little higher up, but everyone was standing for Liam's whole set, which was great.
Highlights for me were mostly the rarer songs: Bring It On Down (absolute monster live), It's Good to Be Free, Half the World Away (Liam sounded great and confirmed that I do want his vocals on almost every Oasis song ever), the electric version of Married With Children. It cracked me up when I realized why he positioned that where he did: because he sings "Goodbye, I'm going home" and then walks off stage before the encore. Cheeky! Cigarettes and Alcohol is such a great time live, and there is something pretty fun about watching all the cups of beer getting launched into the air. It's their money, I guess! Probably I'd feel differently if I'd gotten soaked instead of lightly spritzed.
Probably the absolute peak for me was Lock All the Doors, although I think I was a little bit alone in that. Hardly anyone else even had their hands in the air, and meanwhile I'm over here having a semi-religious experience, haha. So grateful I got to hear it live. Twice, even.
Topped things off by going down to Burnage and visiting Sifter's Records. Had a very nice chat with the man himself and got a photo with the mural, which looks fantastic.
Absolutely incredible trip.

Went to Manchester gig last Friday. Brilliant gig. Only song that didnβt quite work for me was Lock All The Doors.,Chorus sounded ok but verses were poor. Thought he would sing it better than Noel but he didnβt . He forgot the words in one song but canβt remember which one. Brilliant gig.All the other songs great. Loved Half the world away and slide away

Really looking forward to TRNSMT tomorrow. Hoping he'll play mostly the same set tbh but mindful he did say he'd do a few solo songs as well. I'd rather he just stick to oasis songs like if he replaces 1 swap with another B side or that.
