Yeah, it's just typical of the Oasis management to send the same email out again. As for Liam tickets isn't that someone else's responsibility to send out info and not the Oasis management? I don't know if it's the Oasis mailing list or the Liam Gallagher mailing list but I'm on both and there was no email. Are you talking about the Cardiff gig by any chance? |

Never saw any media promotion and received no emails. Only found out a week before when somebody here mentioned he was touring New Zealand and I thought it was odd he wasn't also playing Australia. Anyway managed to swing some good but expensive tickets to the Melbourne gig only to find when we got there that the great seat section we had booked was inexplicably now closed off to everybody. They moved us somewhere else but we could hardly see Liam as we were now seated between the stage and the queue of people constantly going from the mosh pit to the bar outside. My wife's first "Oasis" gig - she was a bit upset. Have sent a complaint to the promoter - Ticketek - and so far been completely ignored. |

Also, how is this going to sell?
Oasis cater mostly to the hardcore base - which is this forum, and by far the largest. None of us want this crap. Good luck selling badges to the casual listener of Wonderwall. smdh.

Especially considering there is no new content with this release. I wonder if we'll get a recertification soon since the last one was in 1998. |

Just to get back to the poll at the beginning of this thread, it mentions the “holy grail” for be here now.
I always thought the holy grail was the Mustique demos. Couldn’t believe it when they announced that they would be released as part of the chasing the sun series.
The management got it right for once …until they got it wrong with the Trip inside be here now demo!

You can see they cut off the video where Liam is singing because he never sung My Big Mouth in 1997, and why use Knebworth Audio when you could've used album audio. Why specifically the second night of Earls Court? Don't tell me that's all they found... I'd give these nonsense promos until the 25th anniversary of the Earls Court shows in September. I think they'll announce something then, or nothing. |

As far as im aware it was only both nights at gmex that were explicitly filmed by/for mtv, even then there would have been an agreement that it go back to oasis, so they can release it if they want to |
