Yeah it’s just vinyl releases same as DM and WTSMG … the Chasing the Sun releases were the big ones. Not really too sure why people were expecting anything more for BHN? My thoughts exactly. |

I wouldn't bank on it as we never got anything else for 25 years of Definitely Maybe or (What's The Story) Morning Glory? other than the vinyl releases. They made a podcast for the DM 25th anniversary, and they put out that "Return to Rockfield" doco for MG. Yes, but that was all they didn't give us any official DVD releases. |

Noel finished the My Big Mouth rethink didn't he? They could at least release that even if he couldn't be arsed to do the rest.

Yeah, but better than nowt Yeah, I haven't actually minded any of it considering how much effort went into those last reissues. It's good that they're mostly focusing on the perspectives of the people who were actually there at the time (the DM podcasts and Knebworth doc). There's the guy in the other thread right now going on about how Noel has changed, but he's obviously not forgotten what this band was to everyone then and what they still mean to a lot of people now. |

When's the next WTSMG Special Release?
Liam should enter during a NGHF encore. The band do Oasis songs. An a reunion celebration at the end of the gig for a confirmed reunion. Even I don't really want this.... but should it happen, we would be all over this. Oasis are really missing a trick with any attempted reunion.

To be honest Noel probably wouldn't have to do much, could just get someone to take out a load of guitar tracks, put/find a bass line on it, unearth any more hidden strings and highlight Liam's vocal like with DYKWIM. |

Yeah im sure the stand by me video was also shot on film. They could have at least done a HD remaster and a rethink for Stand by me, considering it's one of the most popular Oasis songs. Probably because they'd have to go through the paperwork to find out where the original master film is. It's probably in a film storage centre somewhere and if the records are patchy they may have to pay somebody to physically go looking for it amongst numerous shelves, boxes and film cans. All this takes time therefore it costs money - and the end result isn't going to exactly generate any more income (if it even generates any at all) than an upscale will. |

Given how big Oasis were at the time I can't believe there isn't more footage from Air Studios and elsewhere. That was intended to be one song performed (It's Gettin' Better Man), but they ended up doing Be Here Now as well. Not sure there's that much more footage worth seeing apart from a couple of alternate takes? |
