We were lucky today. I expected bolton to snatch a goal at the end. Some good things come out of it though; 3 points and an injury to pistone.

good job AW rested Bergy for the irrelevant chelski match so he'd be fit for the great annual battle that is Arsenal v Fulham.....

Wenger's post match reaction:
ARSÈNE WENGER
...on bouncing back from Sunday "We wanted to transform the frustration, and the belief that we could get from the Chelsea game the desire to win, and I think we got that. . I felt that the concentration of the team was very high, because I was not completely happy with the fact that on Sunday we did not create enough, and the players as well. I feel tonight we had a good game."
...on leaving out Senderos "I wanted to rest him because sometimes when you are young like that, out of the team, reflect, recover and come back, you are always stronger. If you are under pressure at 20 years old, and everyone analyses every ball you place you can go downhill, and sometimes it is better to move out, and come back again when you are ready. I think he will be an immense player for the club, personally. I am completely convinced of that."
...on captain Henry "He led the line very well, when he plays like that there is no better player in the world. He was focussed on his job, did every time the right thing, played in his position well. We need Theirry to lead the line high and centre, up front, he is the only one who can give us that tremendous physical power. Nobody else has that in our side... Cygan as well - that's a mistake I made on Sunday! [laughter] It could have been the [Ian Wright] record tonight you know, but that will come naturally. This guy is what you dream to have as a centre forward."
...on Arsenal's form "I think we'll get stronger and stronger in every game, therefore the Chelsea game was a bit early. I watched the Chelsea game three times now, and I feel that what made the difference was a little bit that lack of belief in our domination when we had the domination. We had that naturally here tonight."
