I think the albumcover of As You Were fits the album perfectly. Never liked the cover for Why Me? Why Not. Not a great picture and feels a bit random to be honest. I really liked Beady Eye's artwork for both albums + singles and Noel is doing a great job too with the album covers + singles.

Beady Eye had the best album/single covers purely from an aesthetic point of view.

At this moment in time we can only guess what the album cover will look like. However, to me the music is much more important than an album cover. Sure, but the album cover was once a legitimate art form of its own. It's definitely much less meaningful now that physical albums are less a thing, which is kinda sad if you're Old School. But it's still part of the "persona" of an albumand something that some people will feel strongly about. Nothing new there. True that the album cover was once a legitimate art form of its own. But these days not so much but I admit I do like a good album cover though. But like I've said the cover doesn't matter as much as what the music does for me. |

All I want is actual cover art for the fucking singles!!!! Surely it wouldn't be that big of an effort time- and money-wise!!!!

His last cover I could create on illustrator in about 15 mins with the correct font. It has stood the test of time though nicely. Really not a fan of the first cover at all. |
