And I just got the same email Frodis posted a week or two ago. Maybe they have this site bugged?
At any rate, I found this interesting. I follow Tegan & Sara on Twitter, and they just tweeted the following about their album that came out on the same date as WMWN?
"We know that some of you have experienced delays in receiving your order from the Warner store. We've been monitoring the situation and are frustrated too. We want to apologize for these delays. It is unacceptable.We appreciate your patience and understanding. We are making some changes to improve the situation that we'll be able to announce next week. Thanks everyone."

I’ve sent god knows how many emails. I’ve gotten two generic responses. Last response was last week. It’s now NOVEMBER for fucks sake. Totally unbelievable customer service, ridiculous delay, completely unacceptable. I should just cancel and order from the UK.

I purchased it including the two album vinyls so 3 items in total about 1 week ago. I contacted them and they told me it will be sent within a week or so...I’m beginning to have my doubts and if that’s the case I’m going to cancel it I don’t get it before dec 1st |

So I think they want me to just give up and cancel. Here's the email I just got this morning:
Hello Adam,
We're terribly sorry as our warehouse is currently undergoing a location move, which has resulted in both partial shipments as well as order delays. Since we do not have an exact time frame as to when it will ship, we can put in a request to have it canceled/refunded if you prefer. Please let us know how you would like to proceed when possible.

Unreleated but one time I ordered a George Harrison boxset from his store, they took 3-4 months to ship when they did they sent me a box with a Region 2 DVD, I got on the phone with someone and they gave me a full refund and let me keep the product which is essentially a coffee table book with two unplayable DVD's.
These major label stores suck.

This is beyond a fucking joke. It’s insanely pathetic that a major label can’t ship items on time or give out the correct information. Wearhouse location moving are you serious?
It’s only been 2 weeks for me but I refuse to wait months, if they can’t provide exact details I’ll be getting a refund and will just purchase them in a physical store or Ebay.

Well I've got an update from the Australian store, they said they are receiving copies slowly and in small quantities, so they are still in the process of dispatching them.
I think this whole release is cursed, apparently they didn't foresee it being a popular album.

He told me it should be delivered by next week so I’m keeping my fingers crossed. What amazes me is how they underestimated Liam again, booking him at the enmore is the most ridiculous thing ever |

My order status now says "Drop Error" whatever that means. I was already upset that they weren't proactive about communicating the delay to customers, especially since I was charged at the time of purchase (way back in June) but now I'm really ticked off. If I don't receive a reply in a couple of days, I'm demanding a refund even if I have to file a claim with the credit card company to do it. I don't know what the hell kind of operation they're running over there but that's the last time I buy anything from Liam's official store.
