So, fellow Americans who are approaching a month since the album dropped and are still waiting for their collector's edition to arrive: Is this going to finally be the week? Nope. My t-shirt still hasn't shown up, nor have I gotten any sort of email to let me know it's been shipped. Not buying from Warner's next time. |

They responded to my fifth email saying generic crap again. “Warehouse moved..... backlog of orders.... don’t know where it is... don’t know when they’ll ship.... don’t know anything” etc etc.
Major fuck up.

It’s crazy that Americans have to wait this long but in Canada we got it on release. Noel’s EPs, on the other hand, are taking an additional month to appear. American here. I’ve gotten Noel’s EP in the mail about 2-3 days after it’s official vinyl release. So good job. Did stores have Noel’s EPs stocked on release? |

Noel's EPs arrived a day or so after release-no issues there at all! This BS I keep getting about them moving warehouses is getting old!! I got that same excuse for Shockwave single back in early summer. As of 10PM EST in PA, no change to the status of my order despite being told the 18th...

But the album wasn’t even out, they didn’t have to “move” it to no new warehouse. Just ridiculous excuses... |

I got the album from the library a week or two ago, for free, the same library you could use, the Columbus Metropolitan Library! God bless. I bought it on iTunes on release date, albeit angrily. I just want my damn box set and all the stuff with it. |

I’m in New Zealand ordered the box set from the Australian Warner’s site and no sign of it after a month as well. And same as you US people it took my money at check out. I think I’d have cancelled the order by now if they hadn’t done that, such a frustrating wait!

This is insane. I'd be better off cancelling my order and re-order my collector edition from the UK store, if it’s possible.
The only reason why I ordered from the US store was their overseas delivery is much convenient than the UK store, but it looks like my delivery won't happen this year.

I bought a copy on release date from iTunes, so no need. That in no way changes the frustration of having ordered this at 6:30 a.m. the day it was announced in freaking June and still not having it more than five weeks after it was actually released. |
