Looks like Jess is in Nashville doing some recording and writing with other people and Ysee hasn’t posted since Abbey Road in December. I don’t follow Russ or Charlotte so I can’t see what they’re up to but I guess they probably aren’t recording together at this stage. I know Noel is supposed to be working with Holmes right now as well. I’m very confused as to what’s goin on with this little side project. Would be cool to get another Noel related release before #4, but I’m not getting my hopes up just yet. On that Christmas radio spot Noel said he was “mixing” the touring band album/tracks. Not sure how far into the process that means. Seems well down the road but what the fuck do I know? If he's mixing then there's no reason anyone should be recording (at least, on that project). |

So the latest revelation ( Lennon2217) is that Noel is in the studio as it stands. Given the shows are going to be 'intimate' (although that Bonus Arena in Hull seats a few thousand!) then maybe the material hinted at is actually the NGHFB touring band album, not the Holmes stuff. Either way, it's exciting that Noel is taking a different approach. |

Not sure if this has been mentioned, but this was from the latest sessions (I believe!).
It certainly looks recent, as you can tell Noel's put a bit of weight on (lol). That jumper was hanging off him in 2017!

A low pressure release that isn’t chart based. Noel is a semi "regular" for RSD actually. He released RSD release in 2012, 2015, 2016 and 2018. I bought all of his RSD releases without any problem except the one in 2015. It was hard to find over here and my friend in Manchester bought the last copy in the shop for me. I'm pretty sure he will release one this year's RSD as well. |
