What Oasis songs did Liam write that can be classed as this anyway? The only ones live that were part of his "comeback" is I'm Outta Time I think 🤔
It is a real shame that Live Forever, Slide Away, Some Might Say and Rocking Chair are not possible as Liam did some really awesome work with these songs vocally.

Is it possible that the main film won't include any Oasis songs but we get a full gig, complete with Oasis songs on a bonus disc with the DVD/ blu ray release?

I think the moral of this story is: don't talk shit about about people's family's.....
OasÃs bongs in LÃam's silly "comeback" is great advertisement for OasÃs, and would only benefit Noël, but yeah....
Thanks.

Why does the trailer and sypnosis have to be so over the top with the comeback stuff?
Yes it was a good comeback. But hyoerbole like best comeback of all time is just opening it up for ridicule.

Liam absolutely shouldn't have said the things he did but that's a bit of a one eyed view. Not surprising considering you are easily the worst member on here. You should probably consider yourself lucky you're still here given the sexism etc.

Now , we obviously know that both aren't squeaky clean. But Liam had to have known that Noel had this type of veto power and it's difficult for me to feel sorry for someone knowingly shooting themselves in the foot.

I suppose it depends on how he views what Oasis was. Noel's view of that is very fluid as in he has repeatedly tried to revise Oasis's legacy from his current perspective. While some of what Liam has said has been frankly awful and indefensible maybe Noel should take a little responsibility for trashing him repeatedly on multiple platforms for 15 years pre twitter.

Noel carrying out some revisionism isn't a perspective its being going on since a certain press conference. In anycase he's entitled to do as he wants legally.

That is the point of a trailer though, to hype it up. Hardly going to go "As It Was, a pretty good comeback, out on 6th June!" are they? It has been a pretty amazing comeback to be fair, I thought Liam was down and out and I'm one of his biggest fans, quite remarkable what he achieved, especially for a middle aged man.

It’s an incredible comeback.
Nowhere to Finsbury in one year?

Does anybody know if there will be any extras on the DVD/Blu Ray release? Will the gig be on there?

No mention yet of any extras etc. The Supersonic Blu-Ray didn't have a lot of extra bits.

In the end credits of Supersonic, Take Me was credited to Liam/Bonehead and 'Acoustic' (Life in Vain) credited to Noel. Is this because Take Me was around before Noel joined? I wouldn't take the end credits to an Oasis film very seriously - the end credits to Lord Don't Slow Me Down claim that it was actually "the Beatles" performing Help in that Japanese bar.

...The documentary has a running time of 85 minutes... It will be much longer once fans at home have had a chance to re-edit it and slot back in some Liam performances of Oasis songs.

lol. Quick check in Wikipedia says it was Julian gallagher that Co wrote it rather than Noel. He'll be pissed when he realises Noel is nicking his royalties 😂

As it Was Review "as raw as a music documentary can get" No big spoilers. Can't wait to watch it, sounds great. It’s persuaded me to pre-order the DVD😎
