So...erm...The College Dropout is a pretty amazing album, right guys? I’d give Late Registration the edge mainly because the songs are bigger and the production is better, but The College Dropout is a more cohesive album. Late Registration is all over the place, but songs like Drive Slow, Gone, and Diamonds from Sierra Leone are so freaking good. Gone and Drive Slow would both be in the list of my most underrated Kanye tracks. The former in particular is just incredible - and then you have Heard 'em Say, Touch the Sky, Gold Digger, We Major, Bring Me Down, and Hey Mama. Fantastic album. |

Chance the Rapper is in the Wyoming mountains. His verse on Ultralight Beam is incredible so I hope we get more stuff like that...let's make it so free and the bars so hard that there ain't one gosh-darned part you can't tweet.

Ghost Town just made me cry, easily the standout.
It's definitely Kanye's minor work, more EP than album, but it's a really beautiful and well-made EP.

Hmm... It's pretty lacklustre for such a short album. Prefer the second half. Ghost Town's the only takeaway for me here.

So apparently Kanye completely re-did the album from start to finish after TMZ.
I mean, I really like this album for what it is but...yeah, I'm gonna wanna hear the album he spent a year and a half on rather than three weeks. Important to note that Ghost Town is the only track that wasn't made in that short space but in the time before.

You're all SLEEPING on Violent Crimes. What a beautiful song that is. I genuinely think every track on here is really really good, No Mistakes being a personal uplifting favourite. And Ghost Town is the song of the year.
