If I was RA, i'd be right hacked off by that slur. It'd be nice if whoever interviews NG next, that they actually tackle him on this very point. Havin said that, Noel has total control over what he gets asked in interviews so probably a no goer. |

Oasis Mania caused the end of the fake truce by posting Noel's interview months after it happened. Noel caused what's happening between him and Richard.

Yeah it's obviously Noel's own words and he's the one to blame for that. It's just that without Liam's reaction on Twitter there would be no Ashcroft involved I'd imagine. |

It is literally a case of Liam and Ashcroft getting pally again and Noel being bitter about it, proper weird. I still try not to seeing it as that because i can´t believe he can turn his back on someone that apparently did him no harm and because Liam´s and Richard´s friendship isn´t exactly news, they have been great friends for a long time. Maybe the fact he´s opening for Liam is pissing him off and he can´t handle that Liam´s success is one of the reasons why that´s happening but that´s all speculation and he´s never gone come out and say that, but things like that leave that implied. A guy you dedicate a song to, a close friendship with a lot of respect and now takes shots like this out of the blue? Richard probably had help in terms of production of his records like a lot of people had, probably some writing guidance as well, but...that´s exactly what David Holmes did for Noel. The Gallaghers are weird specimens, they are both vaginas, but Noel is changing to a different type of vagina, and one that is increasingly less funny and more conflict creator. |

He might have had inside information ahead of time, that´s something that we don´t know. Heck something must have happened for him to go from idolizing a guy to pretty much write him off. You just don´t wake up one day and say "Guess what, fuck you, you suck." But understanding the Gallagher's is a hard exercise sometimes. |

Two tiresome and increasingly boring egotistical men battling it out. Especially at their age, time to grow old gracefully leave verbal to the young lad's, have to say after seen Paul Weller last week and his latest output that's how I like my musical heroes to go. It's a silly comment, not a massive fan of Ashcroft solo output, the family man stuff doesn't work for me. But he still get's a pass for me cause of Urban Hymns. I don't know why many are shocked at Noel taking a pop at Richard, I never got the vibe that Noel and Richard were close friend's even during the heyday of their band's, like you can tell Noel's massive mates with Weller and Marr. I can see it with Liam and Ashcroft. Just cause Noel dedicated a song to him doesn't mean their lifelong mates, to quote the great Clint Eastwood in Heartbreak Ridge "This doesn't mean we'll be swappin' spit in the shower." Noel, Weller and Marr piss all over Ashcroft as a songwriter, that's just Liam looking for more attention. |

RA mentioned “army of songwriters” in LA not NY. He said something about Klein at the NY show before BSS, I thought. I’m wondering if noel finally called him and apologized. I too thought originally Noel might of just misspoke because it was so bizarre. I think now maybe some asshat in the industry told Noel that Richard was writing with someone. Some sort of gossipy nonsense like that
