If only he still has it though Noel has been bragging for months the next single is “Mancunian / Chemical Brothers” and for those that have heard it “it’s the best thing I’ve done in 25 years” Make of all that what you will. Personally, I hate the Chemical Brothers and electronic boops/beeps music, so I’m lowering expectations myself. |

Personally, I hate the Chemical Brothers and electronic boops/beeps music, so I’m lowering expectations myself. The one universal truth I know about Oasis after 24 years of following this band and brothers is this: Noel is full of shit most of the time. |

Dunno about anyone else, but I’m actively not letting either of them get in the way of my like for the other. Wrote this elsewhere but in my personal opinion this is my second favourite Oasis era ever behind living through the glory years. Both are putting out terrific stuff well worthy of Oasis. Again in my opinion. Their sniping is just a sideshow and I’m trying my absolute best to ignore it. |

A good song is a good song and Once is a good song. It's alright. It's not bad. But I've seen people on here giving it 9 or 10 out of 10 and saying it's up there with some of the best Gallagher output of all time, hence why I consider it to be vastly overrated. |

The only one I'd really like to here is 'Don't Stop Being Happy' or whatever it ended up being called. We know it has been recorded. But again, I'm not really desperate for it. If it comes out, great. People who are hardcore fans will know it's an oldie and people who aren't will probably love it - as long as it got the right treatment and was put out on an album or as a single. I don't really want it shoved away as a bonus track. I'd rather it just stay in the past than that happen. |

Pretty sure Noel mentioned end of September for next EP... This would mean a single reveal by mid or end of August. Though I reckon its a mistake not playing it at the SP tour

I think Noel forgot about the next few EPs. No interviews, no hype, no teasers, no announcements. Nothing but SILENCE in the last few weeks. Strange when you're supposedly trying to fill half-empty amphitheaters across America.
