Enjoyed that, lovely little tune. I'm a sucker for some rain sounds.

Nice little tune but I don't get why it's on this EP. Very different vibes from the others.Btw, in my opinion, all the songs in WBTM are much better. Sail On stinks of "b-sides" :-) I think all three have a completely different vibe from each other, and that's probably why they're on an EP. But I like this song. Probably not as much as Rattling Rose, but this EP really demonstrates the varying styles Noel can write in now. And I do wonder how many of these are more like "studies" than songs. That is, Noel purposely pushing and playing with boundaries in a pretty consequence free environment.

mmm RR and BSD are similar, disco oriented and bass-driven. Sail On it's a different world.

What I wouldn't give for him to stop all the WBTM-esque rubbish and put out another Chasing Yesterday style album.... This song would have fit perfectly as the closing track. Great wee tune. I really missed the vibes/atmosphere of these NGHFB songs. Totally agree mate.... leave Liam to the rockier tunes...Noel to his tried and tested ballad/slower format. Take one album of this ...even if its oasis cast offs!

Ah, now THAT’S what I’ve been looking for...gorgeous, heart-breaking, and optimistic all at the same time. Thank you Noel. Faith restored.

I think Sail On has the best melody out of the three, really like it.

Nice little pop song. Good bside. If the other 2 EPS are quality like this one, i'll be happy. Could have been a real album TBH.

Good little tune that. Doesn't try to do to much, nicely understated, my favourite off the EP.

fuck yes, thats more like it. Nice melody, nice vocals and its not trying too hard to be artsy. basically classic Noel with a somewhat hopeful yet regretful edge. Something Noels tunes have been lacking for a long time. Makes you feel everything at once.
simply a nice tune.
drop the cosmic pop and come back to the light already.

Now I can say this EP sucks. 3 songs, 3 failures. The production of "Sail On" is atrocious.

It's pretty good. Very different for Noel.
His voice sounds incredibly poppy on the (chorus?), but it's spliced with his folksy acoustic style songwriting which creates this odd effect. I don't mind a bit of pop, but not sure how I feel about Noel doing it.
I can say that on first listen, I like it.

This EP is five tracks? I assume that doesn't include remixes.
