Three more studio albums tops. He's gone on about that before, how he doesn't want to be doing this when he's old. He's hardly young anymore... Absolutely no chance we only get 3 more studio albums from Noel, the fact he's now built his own studio speaks to his willingness to create and release new music. Assuming his health doesn't rapidly deteriorate, I'm certain we'll get at least another half dozen, probably way more. I would love nothing more than to be wrong. If he hits four, I'll make my avatar status message "Gas Panic Was Right" for a year.

I'd also be happy with a return to EPs.

Hasn’t Noel said 2026 at best for his next album which he also said isn’t going as well as he imagined in his head. I wish he pumped out more music faster. I love that since Jeff Tweedy and Thom Yorke turned 50, they are constantly creating and releasing music at a rapid rate.

I feel like Noels output has been pretty non stop since the the WBTM era, even during covid. Things could be a lot worse. I expect we'll get another new tune on New Years Day also.

Records are usually done a year before release, and Noel said he didn't make anything good in the studio so far. For a 2025 release it would mean he suddenly had inspiration and recorded everything by the end of summer. 2026 at at earliest.

Part two of the documentary was an entertaining watch. Loved watching Marr creating those riffs on the spot.
And is always nice to see Gem around!

Dont see him releasing something in 2025 as it will be MG reissue, and its a big one. Then 2027 Be Here Now, could be another big one. That leaves 2026 for a NGHFB album or an Oasis reunion tour

I'm still enjoying most of Council Skies but I have zero interest in these making-of videos a year later. Already just waiting for the next album cycle to begin.

Really not into Jess' vocals that much and this video confirms it, sorry

Finally watched all of it, it was great to see all the string section at work! They sound absolutely majestic on their own. Noel on the 12 string was so cool to see too

Noel playing that acoustic 12-string while working out the vocal parts with the Roxys really is fascinating.

Odd that there’s been zero footage on Easy Now, Think of a Number, or any of the bonus songs. Feels like more of “Making of Pretty Boy”

Really not into Jess' vocals that much and this video confirms it, sorry I agree I was really surprised at how her voice is not a singing voice. She sounds just like someone singing at home. At first I thought she was trying to get the melody right but then realized she was actually recording. Odd that there’s been zero footage on Easy Now, Think of a Number, or any of the bonus songs. Feels like more of “Making of Pretty Boy” Yeah I agree, there's so much about Pretty Boy, I hope we get more in the next installment. Even the footage of DTTW is was too scarce.

Although Once again, Noel buried all the interesting sound and released a boring MOR records. There was some idea, and it could have a been more 60s pop. Instead we have that tedious record. Its a bit like BHN, loads of interesting sounds buried in the mix. Id love Dead to The world to have had that guitar sound and vocals in the mix !

I don’t know anything about music theory, but could it be Jess was trying to “harmonize” with Noel’s vocals, and that’s why it sounds off-key when isolated?

For sounding off-key sure that may be the case. But to me what was more shocking was her delivery. Her voice was almost unassumed. She sounded like she was singing in the shower or something.

She doesn't sound good on her own... But if you listen to the part when her voice is mixed with Noel's vocals it kinda works pretty well.
