Noel. Marr is not credited on Think of a Number, he only did Pretty Boy, Open the Door and Council Skies. Think it may be Paul Stacey actually? Noel said in the radio x that he plays on one guitar solo. Easy Now was Strangeboy so I suppose Think of a Number could be Noel. But then he joked about saying about "Today you'll be Robert Fripp." |

I always just assume it is never Noel doing solos on his own records anymore. Even latter day Oasis. It’s never Noel. |

Who the fuck is a foo fighters fan? It’s like lifestyle music for dentists. Foo Fighters are basically Nickelback with a cooler frontman and heavier guitars. Casual rock music for casual listeners. The elevator music equivalent of rock 'n roll. I don't mind some of their big tunes, but they're so insipid. Probably that's why nobody hates them. |

Unless Noel is massively out selling the Foo's on physical releases post Monday figures I can't see him getting #1. The Foo Fighters are out streaming him by quite a bit, on Spotify at least. |
