It was a HMV exclusive I believe. No it wasn't. So it was just the Mat interview that was exclusive was it? I'm still confused to be honest. My above point still stands

So what actually is the HMV exclusive? The interview with Mat and the trailer is on all DVDs what I read, the audio of the deleted scenes is on all UK DVDs. Maybe nothing then! The perhaps false claim of the hmv exclusive was still enough for a fool like me to go to HMV and buy it! The extras on my disc, exclusive or not. Were dogshit.

The Matt interview is exclusive to HMV. Then again mimmihopps just wrote before that the extras on her dutch DVD are the interview with Mat and the trailer

Also, this thought has been in my mind for 2 decades now...........what's the weather like in England in mid August? Liam wearing heavy coat. Noel in a turtleneck. Alan in shorts. Guigs in a windbreaker. What is going on? Knebworth the 10th it absolutely pissed it down in the morning insane rain until about 11am Then it was insanely hot. I got proper sunburnt.

Just watched it for the first time and really enjoyed it. Like everyone else I'd love to see what else they had in the vaults the hardcore fan would be interested in rather than a wider audience.

I absolutely love that movie. I do understand where people come from that criticise the absence of Oasis' downfall. But for me, it is all there in the final minutes. When first Peggie and then Liam speak about the cost, the brotherly love, and then, despite Noel's lovely final words, when you get to the last picture of "Abel & Cable", I've got a lump in my throat. But right then I'm "saved" by the music, because then the triumphant part of "Masterplan" starts and the smile is there again. Very bittersweet, just like the whole story. At least, that's my take on that.
Also, the missing of Blur, Blair, etc. I think that kind of explains itself. People are missing it because everybody thinks of that in connection with Oasis. So why did it really need to be mentioned again? Whitecross chose to tell THAT story, but no one says that's now the ultimate Oasis story. There is loads of documentaries and books out there that talk about that and other stuff that got omitted here. Again, just how I see it.

Then again mimmihopps just wrote before that the extras on her dutch DVD are the interview with Mat and the trailer Different regions are treated differently. Is the correct answer. For it to be an HMV exclusive it only has to be exclusive to the UK market. The interview can then be used as a standard extra everywhere else in the world.

Thanks for responses, guys. So what HMV exclusive isn't "exclusive" for non UK-ers? If the deleted scene is only audio, I don't think I'll buy the UK regular edition anytime soon.

The audio is hilarious but I'm sure it'll end up on YouTube shortly.

What is the running time on the MW interview on the Benelux Blu Ray? Supposedly it's 27 minutes on the HMV version, but the iTunes US version is only 17 minutes.

Finally bought it today still love it! The audio only deleted scenes is a bit of a shame there is no animation of any sort but, oh well what can you do? All of it was good but the funniest bit by far was the haunted room part. Had me in stitches it was that funny! The behind the scenes photos are ok for a one off look but that's all and the interview with Mat is ok for what it is

I need the full quote, you useless twat. There you go you lazy c.u.n.t.: You couldn´t say that anybody that was ever in Oasis, me included, was the best in the world or anything. But when it all came together we made people feel something that was undefinable. We were still the same band that was playing in the Boardwalk - we virtually wearing the same clothes. All that´s happend is it caught fire and all these people got on board (involved?). But people will never ever ever forget the way that we made them feel. There´s a chemistry between the band and the audience as something magnetic drawing the two to eachother - the love and the vibe and the passion and the rage and the joy that coming from the crowd. If anything that´s what Oasis was. What a fucking BIBLICAL quote. Fitting end to the documentary. Good on yer, Noel.

Watched it last night, I don't know but I was kind of disappointed. Perhaps because as an Oasis die hard I've watched every single clip and video of them over and over so I felt much of it was repeating what I'd already seen or know. Was nice to watch back again though and feel nostalgic about the 90s, it was such a great time to grow up and the UK was buzzing at the time.
