Blu-Ray has arrived from HMV. Only one disc? Slightly confused as to where the bonus content is? I picked mine up tonight in store mate and it's 1 disc with the 25 min extra on the one disc. There was a standard DVD and Blu ray without the HMV exclusive extra and they had different artwork and slipcase. I'm quite pleased with it, like the slip case with it, can't wait to watch it again now. |

Also, this thought has been in my mind for 2 decades now...........what's the weather like in England in mid August? Liam wearing heavy coat. Noel in a turtleneck. Alan in shorts. Guigs in a windbreaker. What is going on? It's England mate so it varies from freezing to boiling and anything in between, whilst the people wear whatever the feel like In Alan's case drumming probably works up quite a sweat. We don't have seasons like you Americans, we have alright, freezing, hot or generally crap as our day to day weather  |

And fall November to February. Global warming is not good. |

Yet they dedicated whole sections to them about guigsy leaving then coming back. Also Alan joining the band... These images weren't blurred or cut out so it's weird that the live footage was. I think it's the performances they can't show of the people who didn't want to be involved - footage of them backstage etc. is OK. Hence Guigsy and Alan White are missing from the Top of the Pops footage. |

That version of Talk Tonight was one of the highlights of the film for me, such a beautiful piece of music. Really hoping we get an official soundtrack at some point. |

It made perfect sense to leave out the "Battle of Britpop". That way they were portrayed as a unique band instead of a part of a bigger movement. I can't remember right now but was the term "Britpop" even used in the film?

I still don´t quite understand this cutting out of Guigs and Alan. Especially the TOTP performance of SMS is just fucked. It´s about Alans first performance with the band and they cut in those pics of it with him on the drums but they cut him out of the video footage itself and even the pics of the performance with the band. Same with Guigsy coming back for Earls Court. No problem with the backstage footage apparently but live he and Alan are missing.
They even do it with the footage of CS at Knebworth although this was even released officially including both. Makes no sense to me at all.
