I remember listening to Thirteen Senses debut The Invitation many times some years ago, and now I don't. It's still a great album but the sad-boy rock factor is a bit too much for me now.
The same applies to many Keane songs but there are still gems I'd never skip when they do come on in the song shuffle.

Oasis. I mean, I still like them (obviously, I'm here right?), but I don't listen to them intentionally anymore and haven't for awhile now.
The only time I listen is if shuffle is on and even then, I might press skip. I've just heard it all too much and there's so much more music out there. I've been exploring lately.
Green Day, Disturbed, Linkin Park are bands that I have fully grown out of. Just don't like them anymore like I did when I was a teen.

A few say Franz Ferdinand on here, but I still massively enjoy them. Their debut will always hold a special place in my heart as it was the first ever album I bought. A great slice of post-punk pop with addictive guitar riffs.
Like many others here, I'd say Kasabian too. I still like their first album and it's the kind of music Oasis should have been making in the 2000s. I remember being a big fan around West Ryder and I thought that album was brilliant but as the years passed on and my music taste became a bit more diverse, I started to recognise the derivative nature of a lot of the songs. And then I began to realise Tom Meighan couldn't sing to save his life, and came off as laughable on supposed heartfelt songs (like Goodbye Kiss on their 4th LP). The best parts of the third album (which seems to be the cut off point for most) were, and still are, the ones when Kasabian were just being Kasabian - e.g. Underdog. The boisterous nature of his voice fits the heavy electro rock that they did excel at but not on any of the cliched pop songs they attempt. Nowadays, it's all become a bit farcical with their over-compensating arrogance that desperately tries to ape the Gallagher's and the music itself is just a parody of their peak years.
Keane? I was never a big fan to be honest, although they have a few brilliant tracks. They try too hard to be Coldplay though, but they lack any of the quirks and subtleties of the latter at their peak. Not so keen on the singer's voice either - he bellows too much and lacks emotion for me.

I personally think, you can't outgrow Oasis. But a point is reached when you've heard everything and the band is not active anymore.
Musicianship gets rewarded and if you look over the Gallagher's media personas, that's what remains. The music.
The same goes maybe for the Strokes. Albert Hammond Jr. is probably one of the only guitarists with a very distinctive guitar style of the last twenty years.

When I was a teen I was an emo kid. Or "goth-light" as my mom would call it. So yeah, Three Days Grace, Rise Against etc. Those were my kind of bands. I didn't listen to just emo-rock of course, but I've definitely outgrown these bands. Not too mention the clothes and awful make up. Amy Winehouse was nothing. Fortunately it didn't last long. I have a genuine passion for a lot of gothic culture (literature, music, art, etc...) so this kind of embarrassment is an abyss that I have to be extra-careful to avoid. I wear black mostly but not exclusively, I'm not pretty enough for make-up, I haven't overdosed on heroin for days, and I take the precaution of disliking Fall Out Boy, so hopefully I'm walking the tightrope successfully.

Mando Diao. I still consider their first four albums to be among the best in the 2000s indie rock scene, but from 2009 on it has only gotten worse. Their 2014 album was MOR, derivative and extremely boring dance pop, they have since let go my favorite band member and vocalist and generally look like assholes.
It's even more frustrating because those early records are genuinely good music. I'd kinda prefer if I could just outgrow the band altogether but they just lost it, completely out of nowhere, after a decade as a band.

Mixture of garage and motown. Shame that they completely ruined it.

I'd say blink, but I haven't heard the latest album yet... But I'm not listening to them nearly as much as I did before, same goes for all the other pop-punk bands.

I usually appreciate it when bands change direction/sell out and go full on synth-pop but not in the case of Mando Diao. I remember when the Infruset album was the biggest thing here in Sweden and I couldn't believe it was the same band that did songs like "The Band", it was just really bland folky radio-pop. The last joint Dixgård/Norén lead vocal is pretty decent though, Love Last Forever:

I remember when I bought their debut album. It was about same time when Arctic Monkeys released their debut album. I have no idea what happened to them. They must have lost their souls. They could have been really something with songs like these. What a shame.

Wow, I've never listened to Mando Diao first album before (or any other stuff from the band) and it sounds really great So first 4 albums are okay but after that they've gone worse?

Their debut album was great and the second album wasn't bad at all. I've seen them in 2007 and 2009, but how they turned to be this crap?!

Second and third are really good indie rock, less original and less garage-y than the debut but still pretty great. Fourth album is somewhat laid-back, more acoustic and still has some good stuff. The fifth had them approaching mainstream for the first time, it's not bad, but everything after that went terribly wrong.

The way this performance makes me feel makes me want to "kill myself" in retrospective. One of the performances that got me into Rock 'n' Roll. WHAT A TOTAL DISGRACE THEY ARE NOW!

I thought I outgrew Blink-182. I just heard a few of their songs and I still like them somehow. That's weird

I couldn't agree more on Mando Diao. They were by far my first ever favourite band (before I knew Oasis and the soundtrack to my early teenage years. What a shame!

I sometimes have really long breaks when I haven't listened to them but I never seem to outgrow them. How can you not love Mutt or Everytime I Look For You?

It's mostly just fun to listen to. No wonder I loved them when I was 13. There are far worse bands I could have spent my time and money on

The Kooks. Loved (and still like) their first two albums "Inside In/Inside Out" and "Konk", after that they lost me. The thing about them is that I feel like their albums after that all have the same sound and that they are trying too hard to sound like a young and hungry band. All though I'm still young (25 years old), but I think their sound is too young for me. They fitted perfect in my life between 2006 - 2008 when I was a teenager, but not so much nowadays.
In some way I feel the same way many of you've written about Kasabian. Their last album is disastrous. It feels so fake. Don't know If I have outgrown them, though.
