I think "Ballad of the Mighty I" is my favorite NGHFB song. Must be, when you're in the gym, happily listening to your player on shuffle full of lovely songs, wearing an LG t-shirt and suddenly having the URGE to listen to that very song.

Are any full length, pro-shot gigs from the current tour available yet? I feel like Liam had full shows available to watch before his album even came out. Has NG instructed his lawyers to keep on top of these or something? I don't think so and with Noel starting the US with theatres, that is why we haven't seen anyhing yet. But festival season is coming soon, so expect to see plenty then.

YKWCGB has that early oasis quality of being an uplifting tune despite the melancholic lyrics, its a proper fuckin tune tbh. And I love how it flows straight into BOTMI, it's pretty much impossible for me not to want to listen to those two in a row tbh. Great way to close the album

So let me see if I've got this right. We've had 3 singles so far from WBTM, with no fewer than ELEVEN different versions to buy, at a cost well exceeding £170.
And across these 11 variants we've only got one new song that isn't already on the album? And that in itself is a Japanese bonus track that most serious collectors would have anyway?
Not to even mention another £50 for the 3 vinyl versions available of the album, plus CDs!
Welcome to 2018!

For the first time in a long, long time I’m no longer buying every available version of an album / single. I’m now choosing just ones that appeal to me, the coloured vinyl or picture disc. I also think it’s poor you don’t get a lossless download code for the vinyl singles. The price the official store charge as well as ridiculous postage costs should surely justify a code to stick the music on your iPod. Frustrating that the instrumental versions are on the vinyl but I can’t listen to them in the car or out for a run. I don’t mind remixes as a b-side but I know a lot can’t stand them for no new songs and a recycled Japanese track to be the only non album songs is shite. Noel keeps going on about having a back catalogue of songs piled up then why not put them out rather than gather dust just sitting there.

I've bought 7/11 but I'm definitely just doing one version per single going forward. I've only preordered the picture disc for STMHTF. That's enough. The sheer cost of keeping up with everything is outrageous even without the no new music complaint. That also sucks about the lack of download code. Have you tried emailing them about it?? The worst bit is that with how vinyl is selling at the moment it hardly gives Noel an incentive to go back to proper b-sides so we're screwed forever potentially in that respect.

This album cycle consists of: No b sides No promo No streaming gigs Shit videoclips (even more shit than other times)
Love the album but man, it's like Noel watched the great promo As you were got and he is doing the contrary on purpose.

The amount of different options for the vinyl has meant I've just sacked the lot off after HM. Although the sales will still be strong so Noel will have no reason to change the formula.

Heard Holy Mountain in the restaurant I was eating at, and jeez is it as terrible a song as I remember. Now I know I made the right choice in not listening to it for months....

Decided to take the plunge and buy a WBTM single. Went with Beautiful World because it’s a neat song and it gets me God Help Us All

The report is that Noel "tumbled" after a few drinks. Because it means something more if a 50 year old "has a fall". Like it's the slippery slope into feebleness ++++++++++++++++++++++++ Noel Gallagher Injured After Fall On Night OutThe star reportedly has to have a scan to make sure he's not seriously hurt after taking a tumble after "a few drinks" on a night out in London. Noel Gallagher has reportedly injured himself after taking a tumble on a night out. The former Oasis rocker is said to have had "a few drinks" while out and about in north London, but it looks like he had a few too many as he accidentally fell over and now needs to have an X-ray to make sure he's not done any serious damage. A source told The Sun's Bizarre column: "He wasn't quite clear on how he did it but it involved a few drinks. Hopefully it won't be anything too serious." I once shot a werewolf, it turned back into my neighbor; luckily my neighbor was also on PCP, too, we laughed the incident off..... Thanks.

Has he set up the countdown to Halloween yet? Won't be a full moon night this year, though; better ask your drug dealer what alternative to PCP he recommends to get the party rocking.

My neighbor normally doesn't put the Halloween countdown clock out until about the 90 day mark; I told him to leave it up all year but he won't because he's a pervert; but.... Merci.

Black and White Sunshine is a tune!
Love that euphoric chorus that wouldn’t be out of place on an Oasis record from the 90s.

Someone needs to do a mashup remix of TBWBTM and No Diggity.
No diggity. No doubt.

Its only a matter of time before Noel discovers this lost American band from the early early 70s. He will become obsessed.
