The second half of "Dig out your soul" is duff; the first half of "Who built the moon?" is bad as well.
If we stitch up the good parts of these two albums we might get something nice:
1. Bag it up 2. The turning 3. Waiting for the rapture 4. The shock of the lightning 5. I'm outta time 6. Interlude (Wednesday part 1) 7. Black & white sunshine 8. If love is the law 9. The boy with the blues 10. The man who built the moon 11. End credits (Wednesday part 2)

The man who built the moon 11. End credits (Wednesday part 2) I like the idea, but I'd say to add Fort Knox in as the opener, then replace WFTR with It's a Beautiful World but keep everything else the same, and put in Dead in the Water, Waiting for the Rapture, and Falling Down as bonus tracks. Although, if we were picking a tracklisting strictly on quality, Falling Down would have to go on there over Boy With the Blues and Be Careful What You Wish For should be on there instead of If Love is the Law imo.

My HFB thought of the day: So happy to see Gem and Chris. Same! Gem played guitar during the acoustic set Noel opened with when I saw him at the RAH in 2015, which was a nice surprise. This was before Gem joined NGHFB officially mind you.

I wish Noel came up with something different for the middle section of Beautiful World. I think the spoken word French goes on too long. I'd have preferred some cool instrumentation out of Holmes to fill that void. As is it might sound dated years later. Overall strong tune but not elite like it maybe should be for Noel's solo career ranks.

In addition to King Crimson, it appears Jeremy has found another way to keep busy when not in the studio with NG - he's drumming for Roger Daltrey!

No love for this tune round these parts. Still having it here though NGHFB's debut was the one time I thought the standard Gallagher catchphrase of "this is the best thing I've/we've done since Morning Glory" actually held true. It has really stood the test of time for me, and I didn't even like it that much when it came out!

It's ok for a couple of songs but the production doesn't work and it by the last track I get very bored of it

Some debut thoughts today: - Can't say I've noticed before but there are some pretty neat things going on with the drumming on AKA... What a Life! but they're disappointingly low in the mix. A song of this style needs punch, something the production on this album definitely doesn't do!
- Dream On has grown on me.
- I forgot just how high the strings are in the mix of Record Machine. Hmm.

Just got my copy of Noel's RSD 2018 release Me, too! Just 11 euros this time (Sweden). El Mexicano was much more extensive, right?

Just got my copy of Noel's RSD 2018 release Me, too! Just 11 euros this time (Sweden). El Mexicano was much more extensive, right? Yours were cheaper than mine. I paid 13,90 Euro. Yes, I think El Mexicano (2016) was more expensive, about 18 Euro? I bought all of Noel's RSD relases so far. The toughest ones to get was "Songs From The Great White North" (2012), I got a non-numbered European version and it was the last copy in the shop, but I only paid 9 Euro. The other tough one to get was "In Heat Of The Moment" (2015) as I was out of the country. My friend in England got me a copy. "El Mexicano" and "Supersonic" 12 inch (2014) were quite easy to get. Shame that too many greedy idiots who buy these special releases to put on eBay. They ruin the joy for music lovers. Hopefully everyone could manage to get their copies!

Didn't go this year. This tune might have been worth the price of admission though. We'll see what he comes up with next time, I guess. I want to believe.

Not sure if this was already mentioned but Jeremy Stacey is apparently drumming for Roger Daltrey now.

I don’t really skip anything on Liam’s As You Were but I do skip tracks on Noel’s Who Built the Moon in addition to thinking WBTM is incomplete yet I still think WBTM is the better album.
Really enjoying Cosmic Pop.

Not sure if this was already mentioned but Jeremy Stacey is apparently drumming for Roger Daltrey now. Just a temporary thing for the Graham Norton show I believe - his regular drummer (Scott Devours) has played with him at all other dates this year.

Are any full length, pro-shot gigs from the current tour available yet? I feel like Liam had full shows available to watch before his album even came out. Has NG instructed his lawyers to keep on top of these or something?
