True, but that album was recorded over ten years ago now. Similar parallels can be drawn. Radiohead were coming off a very mixed bag effort with Hail To The Thief. Thom started releasing solo material and a mixed results album. Kinda mirrors what has transpired lately with King of Limbs being a mixed bag and Thom's so-so solo output. In 2007 Radiohead struck back with In Rainbows. Can they do it again in 2016? We will find out in about 3 months. I'm not worried. The King of Limbs was good although underwhelming, but this wasn't due to the lack of songs. If they had released it like this it would be their second "minor classic" with Amnesiac, just outside the "big four": 1. Bloom [Live Version] 2. Morning Mr. Magpie [Live Version] 3. Staircase 4. Little by Little [Live Version] 5. Feral [Live Version] 6. Lotus Flower 7. Codex 8. Give Up the Ghost 9. Separator I mean really, just listen to that Basement performance - if that's Radiohead at a low point in their career... Also, although their haven't been any classic records from the individual members during their hiatus - there's been a lot of good songs: Coming Up For Air * It Will End in Tears Around Again Ingenue ** Reverse Running ** A Brain in a Bottle * Mother Lode Junun SPECTRE ** * Really fucking good ** No seriously, a tune. Clearly there's still a lot of creativity left in each member, and Radiohead have always been greater than the sum of their parts. Take into account that there's an easy classic on the table if they so choose (Identikit, Ful Stop, Cut a Hole, The Present Tense, Lift, True Loves Waits, Skirting on the Surface, Lift) and I have every confidence we could be in for another amazing Radiohead album!

I'm not worried about Radiohead. Like you said, they've got a ton of awesome tunes sitting in the vaults. I doubt they will all come out but who knows. - Lift - Big Boots - Follow Me Around - Spooks - I Froze Up - Open The Floodgates - Identikit - Cut A Hole - Skirting On The Surface - Ful Stop - Present Tense Out of all those, I'd kill for Lift, Big Boots, Follow Me Around, Skirting on The Surface and Idnetikit to come out this year.

Looking forward to the new SULK album. I saw these lads supporting The Charlatans back in 2008, when they were called The Ruling Class. They were a real throw back. They renamed themselves as SULK and their debut album, Graceless, was really good in my opinion. +1 for SULK. And the DMA's debut, without any doubt. It's dead good.

Rumour has it that whatissuper.co/ has something to do with the new Pet Shop Boys album and I hope it will be as mega as Electric from 2013, once again with Stuart Price in the producer's chair. Can't wait!

Lissie is releasing a new album, My Wild West, on Feb. 12th. Her latest one from 2013 was really good, and the new single is promising:

Unfortunatelly I can't upload their debut album for you, but check on dime. There's 1 or 2 bootlegs of their recent gigs on there. 3voor12.vpro.nl/nieuws/2015/Lowlands/Lowlands-Pauw-Sessie.htmlTHey released the album yesterday here! great

If you are into Tame Impala or Temples I don't know if it's new or if they plan to release an album, it's a dutch band. Clash Magazine posted it today as "Track of the Day" Ah, PAUW! I like how you like them, as a foreigner. It always makes me kind of proud when foreigners like Dutch bands. Don't see that too often these days. They're from around where I live. People from Twente are awesome Still planning to see them, they performed near me last month, but somehow I didn't go. I hear good things about them though!

Really liking Charlemagne by Blossoms. Like the britpop sphere and it sorta reminds me of Suede in places. Looking forward to hear more by them.
