Matador Records always has something interesting. Yeah I'm looking forward to their album, they're sort of like a more trip-hop version of The xx. Pray and Dust in particular are great songs. |

Ok, I'm officially excited for the new Iggy Pop album. What a surprise out of nowhere announcement and single. Teaming up with Josh Homme was a smart move. This is the sort of thing I want Liam to do with a solo album. Hookup with an established, modern producer/musician to help take him to the promised land.  Anyway, back to Iggy. Awesome stuff.  |

I've never listened to any Iggy Pop before, but I caught one of these tracks on XFM the other day and I really like it. His voice sounds like a cross between David Bowie and Johnny Cash. And yeah, I agree on the Liam thing. |
