Yes. It's called Up&Up and it's definitely one of the strongest songs on the album. Admittedly, that doesn't say much, but it's good.

Half time thing definitely isn't happening though.

I doubt they would play Up&Up at the Super Bowl but if they did Noel Gallagher won't be there. Even if he was on stage 99.9% of the American viewing audience wouldn't notice him. They'd probably think he was one of the extra guitarist for touring purposes.
