Ian Brown's vocals sound decent and actually makes me feel happy when I listen that. And Squire, fucking hell, he can play guitar. Those riffs really make the song.

I agree completely as many others said after all this time you'd expect a real stunner of a song instead of a pop tune but musically at least is catchy and squire really doesnt disappoint.

You'd think they'd thought that through and looked after fans with a really good song but maybe this is the throw away catchy pop song for the summer.

Well that was pretty underwhelming. Nothing more than a well padded out riff from Squire which won't hide the fact it is a poor tune.

Sounds like Beady Eye - and that's certainly not a compliment.

Fine for your Enemys, Pigeon Detectives and all that indie gutter shite but I expect so much better from the Stone Roses. I was expecting something mysterious and intriguing but it isn't good enough to be brutally honest.

Not heard the tune yet, so when I read your post I immediately thought of Ian Brown trying to belt out "Calling all the stars to fall..." like Liam (somewhat surprisingly was able to) on the Oasis recording.
