Sarcasm and jokes don't always come across well on the internet  yes i understand the winky face must have come across as a deadly serious post  .. don't understand why i got quoted when 2 previous people spoke of it but yeah internet I quoted you 'cause It was a way to reply to you and also to the others,and yeah the thought that your post was sarcastic crossed my mind after I replied,but there you go...sorry for that  As an avid user of sarcasm,I don't wanna go down as somebody who doesn't get it |

i got this today from somewhere wont say cos im hoping i can get the cd only version from ebay at some point,,all the remixes are pretty good just the tracklisting sucks big time they should of been more mixed up and a few more songs wouldnt of went a miss a mix of WTSRTS and the mexican infact as others have posted all the songs mixed by a different artist im just gutted he never had the balls to release the AA album he had scraped,,does anyone know what this was called i remember reading somewhere it was called Noel Gallaghers High Flying Birds & The Spaceball of Fury can anyone confirm this The CD comes with it or did you not get one? I bought 2 copies of each version and opened one of each, what annoys me though is that it doesn't say on the cover which is black and which is coloured? It was pot luck when I got mine that the first 2 I opened were one of each. |

I remember getting the EP and enjoying the BTWS, 3D and Toydrum remixes, but after a year and a half, the other ones (Weatherall, Psychemagik and David Holmes) have had more staying power Pretty good remix EP/album by remix album standards |

Besides the Psychemagik rework, I haven't listened to the rest in a long time now. But yeah, those Beyond The Wizard's Sleeve re-animations are great and I've always preferred the Andrew Weatherall remix of ITHOTM to the Toydrum ones.

Adds a lot more colour to the actual songs.
I wish he could incorporate the more interesting sonic textures from these remixes into the conventional recordings more often, rather than the drab album mixes you usually get from him these days.
